We went to the store and they have great collections of independent brands. The staff is very knowledgable about each brand and helped us to understand the context behind watchmaking. Loved to get conversation with Geraye Ong who helped us understand more about FP Journe! Really lovely ✨

Had a fantastic experience dealing with the store. The journey started with a swift and informative response on my inquiry over the website, followed by an invitation to visit the store. I felt the treatment was very unique. I followed up with a visit to the store, i was relieved by Ivan who showed me a around, gave me a brief introduction, brought a piece to try. Spent time with me sharing information about the brand (FP Journe) and each watch. What i found very interesting is the amount of details he had and was willing to share. I also found out that the HourGlass does send the team for specialized training to watch manufacturers, therefore their team is not only have information about the watches they carry but also have the passion to talk about them. I spent about 1.5 hours at the store exploring the collection. Excellent experience indeed 👍🏽

He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuine — not just trying to sell, but truly taking the time to understand what I was looking for. It is amazing! I have been in FP journe Boutique Singapore for the past 3-4 hours and I have learned a lot of the brand history from Jason and Ivan all the way from it's history back in the year 1957 all the way till now! Ben has been helping me with this watch purchase since 2023 at L'Atelier. He is extremely patient, chatty and knowledgeable in watches.
