Didn't realise they opened a new branch here at paragon. Having gone to the Holland village and Shaw house branch, I have to say the interior here is much better. More modern, more space, less cramped and there were actually booth seats so you get some privacy. We came on a Sunday and walked in around 6.30pm. Thankfully no queye. Standard of food was consistent across all three branches. Service was great as well. If I do come back to dine, it would definitely be at this branch.

Can’t remember if I have tried before but nikumori’s soup tasted meh. The pork belly was slightly overcooked - it wasn’t tender or perhaps it was a little thick. The tonkotsu soup was better though I didn’t remember it to be so ‘thin’ unless they were trying to be health conscious and reduced the seasoning. While Service for my table was ok, certain observations made me think otherwise.

Ramen noodles were lovely, chewy and cooked alright, but the dipping sauce gets too heavy in the end. The sauce on the karaage chicken was also a little weird, didn’t taste fresh at all. Overall quite an average experience!

My favorite ramen restaurant. Shoyu bases ramen has aroma of fish and thickness of pork bones. Seabura (back fat of pork) makes it perfection.

One of my favorite places in Paragon is Sanpoutei Ramen. I really enjoy their Shoyu Ramen — it’s light, has a nice broth, chewy noodles, and a good portion with slices of juicy pork. I also love the egg. I especially like going there after a blood test or check-up at Mt. Elizabeth Hospital. It’s just across the street — you just cross the road and head straight down to the basement. Right after getting a blood sample taken, it feels really nourishing and helps you get your energy back. Of course, they also have beer and sake. It’s definitely our go-to spot every time we visit Paragon.

first dining experience at DRIM, have always wanted to try, and i wasn’t disappointed! we ordered the signature galbisal, beef sirloin, bibbim naengmyeon, and the super crispy minari pancake. the staff in attendance, Jayden, was very attentive, engaging, and cooked the meat really well. overall, it was a pleasant experience. will definitely be back!

My first time dining here with my cousin was wonderful. We had a lot to try, and while the cost of the dining experience was quite high: the average cost per person is about $80 if you're here to push a little bit more, I would absolutely recommend this place. The food truly blew my mind with how good it was. 🍜 Food Recommendations & Highlights I have to say every single dish here is excellent. I highly encourage and recommend the Perilla Seed Cold Noodles. The portion size is quite small, allowing you to have a good taste of the complex nutty dish. The portions for all of the dishes are refillable, even though they initially came in small sizes. It's more about experiencing the food than feeling completely full, which I really like! I also liked that they grill the meat in front of you, and you can keep it warm with a hot plate right there, along with the different condiments to try. I also enjoyed the Ginseng Samgyetang, which was really rich and creamy, with a pleasant collagen-like texture, and rich chicken umami flavour. There was also a side of ginseng soju shot that comes with this dish! The chicken was very generous, and the glutinous rice at the side was also very chewy and just right portion for taste. 💖 Exceptional Service Our service staff, Kelicia and Chen Xi, were super sweet and attentive; they took really good care of us. They also sang a birthday song with us and gave us a cake and plum juice! So nice!

Came here for our anniversary dinner celebration and ordered the Beef + Pork set with the DRIM signature noodles. Absolutely loved the noodles and the side dishes went super well with the meats!! The oyster blade and pork jowl were the hits for us. Was also served by Jayden, a very bright and handsome young man who gave the utmost care and attention to us and our food despite having to handle three other groups all at the same time. Props to the entire DRIM team for making our dinner experience a lovely one!

Food was excellent and exquusutely prepared. We sat at the counter seats, in front of the meat grilling, but there was no smell or smoke as they used binchotan. The staff at the counter and on the floor were super attentive, friendly, and helpful! Their signature noodles was refreshing and a great choice. Thr soju that came with the samgyetang was a pleasant surprise that enhanced the taste of the soup. The truffle chawanmushi as appetiser was a great comforting start to the meal. Definitely will return! They are kids friendly too

Amazing food and service! We went for ala carte instead of the signature set meal. The pork jowl and pork belly were cooked to perfection! My favorite side dish was the fish roe with pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Unique and delicious! Liwei, our server, was very attentive. He would glance over often to see if finished our sides. When we about to finish drinking our soup, he asked if we enjoyed it and would like a refill.
