I purchased a Jacket at the G-Star shop at Paragon Paragon, 290 Orchard Road. When I realized the GST can be refunded, (as a few other shops I purchased did registration in their system on the spot), I went back to the G-Star shop the following day for registration. However, the male staff in the shop told me that “there is no need to register, you can present the receipt at the airport and get GST refunded”. However, I was told by the airport staff that I can’t process the refund for the jacket as the G-Star shop did not register. As one of my favorite brands and the shop locates at the most popular shopping area, I can’t imagine whether the staff is either inexperienced, not familiar with the Singapore tax legislation or he intentionally choose not to help a costumer on this matter, I am very disappointed and unhappy with the result. I highly recommend that G-Star provides relevant training on this matter so the same error wont happen again !!! ☹️

Bought a G m-Star RAW belt. Need to punch one extra hole. Brought it to the Paragon shop. Sean was super helpful and meticulous. He measured carefully where to punch the hole. Punched it. Then tested it out before handing it to me. All with a smile. Btw he’s also helped me with couple of purchases in the past, calling up other branches when Paragon didn’t have my size. Great job, Sean!

Clothing is clearly good. Customer Service is dismal. Staff will look customers up down up down and decide whether they even deign to greet customers who walk in. Also unhelpful. Pls review your training protocol.

Agree with the bad service. I was looking for best fit jeans and am deciding between two. Just because of the lousy service, I am happy that I settled for Japanese denim in another shop!

This brand is synonymous with excellent quality merchandise. It can be more pricey than your usual brand of jeans. I usually purchased them online which is cheaper and has greater varieties too. However the sizing can be a little tricky. The sizes can run very large. The size varies according to the models. For instance, if you wear size 30 skinny fit, it can be much bigger on its relax fit model.
