I had a fantastic experience at Radlink. The entire process was super efficient, with each station managed so smoothly that I hardly had to wait at all. The workflow was well-organized, and it made the visit pleasant and stress-free. A special shout-out to Nurse Diana, who is an absolute professional. She’s personable, with a natural talent for pacifying patients' nerves using light-hearted humor, making even the most anxious moments feel easy. Her sharp skills and clean execution, especially when inserting a large needle, were impressive — it felt effortless and painless. Diana’s care and attention, paired with the clinic’s seamless operations, made this an outstanding visit. Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience at Radlink. The doctor explained the procedure clearly and patiently, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout. She was very kind and reassuring, which made me feel safe. The nurse assisting her was also amazing — she held my hand each time the doctor needed to insert a needle, which really helped ease the pain. Thank you both for your care and professionalism! Highly recommended.

Nurse Roniah was very friendly and professional. She assisted my father well before, during and after his MRI. She is very warm and patient when dealing with father, even ensured he was stable before changing into his clothes.

I went to Somerset 313 branch to exchange an item I bought online for a bigger size. I had previously spoken on live chat and was told i could return the item to any branch, then they would post the new one. I explained this at the branch, and was told i don't want a refund, just send me the bigger size if you don't have it in store. The staff was confused and called her manager. I explained the same thing to the manager who apparently completely ignored what I said, and started processing the refund. I repeated that I just want to exchange the size, add it's too small for my baby. She then claimed that the item was out of stock in all stores and online as well. She also said she would only refund the item and not the shipping cost. (Despite the fact that an item labelled for 6 months old is too small for my 2 month old baby) I was with my baby and didn't feel like arguing, even though she contradicted everything the live chat support had said. After leaving the store, I proceeded to order online, and there was stock indeed. So apparently she lied about that too.

Store opening hour stated 10 pm, but at 943pm wanted to try , was shut off by staff saying fitting room closed. Never encounter this in other retail brands or store b4.

Went to the shop at B2. There was a sale and the crowds were crazy as if the shop was being looted. We could see that the staff were trying hard to tidy up the place even in the midst of the crowd and long queue. Although the staff looked really tired, they remained polite and helpful.

Okay so I came here on a Sunday, wanted to try something on but realised the person overseeing the fitting room was a dude. A dude, overseeing the dressing room for ladies and little girls/children. I get that it’s probably not his fault. He probably got assigned to that spot- but that isn’t okay and/or safe. It didn’t feel safe having a dude oversee an area where women were trying on clothes at all. I emailed cotton on but there was no response. Please do something about this and make it a safe space for women.

I was attended by a rude cashier by the name of Jannah.I have membership and hence asked if my points would be keyed in since she did not ask for my email. She was not listening and continued collecting payment for my merchandise. After payment, I asked her again about my membership points. She then replied its too late, I did not tell her I am.a member , hence did not key in my points! Instead of apologising, she behaved as if i am the one at fault! Cotton On should send this staff for customer service training. I left in order not to hold back queue. Please arrange training for this kind of staff, rude and irresponsible.
