I had a great experience during my MRI appointment today at Radlink. I want to especially commend Rholan and Carol, who assisted me throughout the process. They was very accommodating, kind, and friendly, which really helped ease my nerves. Their professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference. I had a fantastic experience at Radlink. The entire process was super efficient, with each station managed so smoothly that I hardly had to wait at all. The workflow was well-organized, and it made the visit pleasant and stress-free. A special shout-out to Nurse Diana, who is an absolute professional. She’s personable, with a natural talent for pacifying patients' nerves using light-hearted humor, making even the most anxious moments feel easy. Her sharp skills and clean execution, especially when inserting a large needle, were impressive — it felt effortless and painless. Diana’s care and attention, paired with the clinic’s seamless operations, made this an outstanding visit. Highly recommended!

recently had an ultrasound appointment and was very impressed with the level of service. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was welcoming, professional, and efficient. In particular, Vanessa stood out for her warm and attentive approach—she made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The prompt service was outstanding, with no delays at all, which made the experience stress-free and highly convenient. Overall, the professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency of the team made a real difference. Highly recommended!

The worse experience one can ever encounter getting an MRI. The sonographer had messed up my name with another patient. I had waited close to 2 hrs to get my MRI done. They called me with a different name not realised that another patient had taken my turn without properly verifying it. The patient went in with my document and her records will be sent to my doctor. This is the incident when you go in to the doctor with your left knee issue but he operated you on the right knee. How can a technician/sonographer make this kind of mistake taking wrong patient without verifying the name and the person? I had to stay so late till the whole practice basically closed… how can I not be pissed!

I'm very impressed with the service level at Radlink Paragon. From registration, to patient services, to nurses and radiographers, and cashiers, the experience was really smooth and wonderful, despite me being nervous for my cardiac MRI. The staff put me at ease, constantly assuring me, especially the very friendly patient services girl who brought me from registration into the MRI area, and the slim local nurse who inserted the plug, leaving zero bruises. The SN who assisted during the procedure was also caring and explained the procedure clearly, and also made sure I was feeling okay after the procedure, offering a warm drink as she was worried I was feeling weak. Sorry I didn't catch your names to leave a proper review. Keep up the great work by everyone, good teamwork and process flow!

Excellent service from start to finish and barely had to wait, I was able to get my scans moved closer to time as my pain has worsened. I was assisted by Vanessa today who made me feel at ease and not worried at all about getting my scans done! She is very friendly, super caring and attentive, I am l lucky to have such a great service and was well taken care of the entire time :)

RATING FOR STAFF: 5 stars. I brought my daughter there at 5 pm on a Friday for an emergency x-ray because the Dr wanted to know whether her bones are fracture. The staff are excellent and caring. The reception lady who attended to us stayed until 730 pm until the x-ray was done. We were told to pick it up by 10 am the next day. I wish I could remember her name. Before we arrived the next before we arrived, Eve, called me to inform me the report won't be ready until Monday. I told her I needed it that morning because we're waiting for it before going back to the Dr. Eve promised she will personally see to it to ensure its done. It's rare to see such personal ownership. Sure enough, about an hour late it was ready. She said the credit goes to Yue Sin and Hayati. Thanks to all the staff. RATING FOR SOP: 1 The first problem we encountered was registration. The Dr did not send a letter which is required. We went on a maf rush to get a letter before closing by 530 pm. Then they insisted I must have a physical copy of my daughter's student ID. Softcopy for ID, birth certificate and passport was not acceptable. Who carries this kind of thing on a leisure children's day? Thank God she had it with her. Than we waited until after 7 pm for someone to do a video call with me and my daughter before taking the x-ray. He also wanted to see the physical copy of her student ID. They seemed to be oblivious of the urgent need when they thought it's fine to delay until tbe following Monday, which means working parents have to apply for urgent leave. In summary, for urgent needs, don't go here. For non-urgent need, I still won't go due to the inflexible procedures.

Excellent patient care - polite & efficient counter staff tended to my mom. Nurse Roniah was humorous & warm, explaining procedures with genuine concern. When we were done, a sweet lady named Vanessa Ling walked us out, ensuring we were well taken care of. These ladies transformed uncomfortable medical scans into a nice day out!
