TERRIBLE SERVICE. Gave me the completely wrong order and on top up of that was HORRIBLY rude Ordered cheese fries and received chili bbq like are u deaf?? And the staff was so rude like I alm took someone else order instead of communicating it properly which order number it is the big man was like NO. NO rudely like what happened to proper communication? How was I supposed to know there’s another customer before me when the store looks so empty. Can u say the number clearly like what’s ur mouth for LOL

Ate and left no crumbs 💅💅 fries were lovely, but service was not at the same level. We couldn’t mix flavours unfortunately for us. Also not really any dine in

the cashier refused to serve us even when it opened already . when a middle-aged lady came to order, he immediately served her instead of us when we had waited for a longer time.

The employee working lied to me.. about the opening time. i came at 1030am when it was supposed to open at 11! I was really glad that the employee working there took the trouble to prepare my order even before operating hours! Fries were well seasoned and crispy too, unlike other outlets. Would come again!!

ordered today and the queue took so long to move plus the fries is so bad. u should add more workers my girl dont like it🫩😓

Slow service from clueless staff without Q. See the kind of product they served in 2025. Cheap fries quality and seasoning. Pasar Malam standard these days can beat this. Cannot make it la.

There were limited workers. Waited for 15min before order was taken. People behind me got their order first, the worker in charge said that they prepare whatever is available first. Food is great but service wasn’t good

My daughter visited Potato Corner at 313 Orchard on 8 December 2025 at about 2.54pm. The male staff member asked for her order, and she gestured that she was still looking at the menu. At 2.55pm, without saying a single word, he put up the Break sign. She then stated her order, but he ignored her and walked away. She moved closer and repeated her order, and he looked to the side and REFUSED TO MAKE EYE CONTACT EVEN ONCE during the whole interaction. She repeated her order a third time, louder, and he just shook his head with no explanation. She never got to place an order in the end. My daughter left FURIOUS at how dismissive he was and how there was ZERO communication at all.

Goggle state that the shop close at 8.45pm and I reach the shop at 8.30pm with the signage that "Sorry we're closed" already been displayed out. Check with the guy and his attitude sucks. I have been to other outlets of Potato Corner and they are ok. Read other people's comment also mention about the guy staff too. To the management, please hire other people if the guy staff is not interested to work. I don't usually post comment but I find that it's very unfair to the customers came all the way and looking forward to eating the fries but ended up to be disappointed.

Dr Ng is very friendly and experienced in spotting problem areas so he only recommends necessary treatments. Ivy is nice and non pushy in explaining the different facial enhancement packages available.
