Before the spa started, they took the time to check my scalp and hair condition, which made me feel very assured. The entrance to the hair spa was cozy and filled with unique touches in the interior, making it such a fun experience right from the start. I also felt comforted knowing that in the private space, a soft warm blanket was prepared in case I felt cold. I remembered how, at other places, I was only given a towel and ended up feeling quite cold. But here, the atmosphere was so much warmer and more thoughtful. The staff who attended to me even spoke a little Korean, and she was so kind, with such a bright and welcoming smile. The warm eye mask was lovely, and with the gentle massage continuing during the hair spa, my whole body relaxed—I think I even dozed off for a while. The blow-dry was also done with such gentle, professional care that my hair felt smooth and refreshed. Compared to other places, this was truly a satisfying and heartwarming experience. Thank you very much!

What a difference a good therapist makes! Would like to commend Nina for Fantastic service. Polite and professional. Massage was also high quality. I generally try to stay awake for massages to enjoy them, but with Nina’s stellar service, I fell asleep in comfort. Worth every dollar!

First experience here at GOYO and it was truly amazing! From start to finish. Was attended by Janney and her service was exceptional! The headspa was relaxing and the products they use are of organic and high quality. The massage that came along with it was great and I love that it was included in the treatment. The environment is perfect and beautiful as well. Will definitely be back here again and excited to try their other treatments!

I had my session with Chorom Kang and Caroline, and they were both so kind and gentle from start to finish, which made it easy to relax. They patiently answered all my questions and explained things I’d been curious about, which was really helpful. After the session, they even dried and lightly styled my hair — such a nice touch! The treatment started with aroma oil, which helped me unwind and release tension. I felt so refreshed and relaxed afterward. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I had my session with Ao, and she was amazing! She explained that the white flakes on my scalp weren’t dandruff but actually dryness caused by the strong tonic I’ve been using. She then gave me a personalized scalp treatment, and her hands were so gentle and soothing — I almost fell asleep 😌. To top it off, she served me coffee and small bites after the session. Such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend Goyo Headspa for anyone looking to truly de-stress. Btw, I tried their All-in-1 Pampering Treatment (valued at $220!) @GoyoHeadspa. The Ayurveda-inspired ritual that combines next-level scalp care with the deepest, most stress-melting head massage I’ve ever had.

Thanks to the staff at Somerset who handled my delivery order for Tera fries that wasn’t prepared according to my request, and with very less portion. I suggest you quit your job if you don’t have any heart in handling food. To the transwoman staff at Jcube, if you have to be mean and direct to your customers and turned to the other side when i approached you, i suggest you quit your job too.

Got the chilli bbq mega fries. It was delicious !!!!! Always consistent with their services & food ! Generous with the seasonings & servings. Must try if for fries lovers !

The staff made us wait 15 minutes to just take our order and did not inform us of a delay or to wait. While he made us wait he was not particularly engaging in any work and was stalling. The staff was then extremely rude with the way he spoke when he took our order and showed us attitude.

Firstly, the staff told me they only accept cash. Second, the fries is soggy. I ate it on the spot, collect right after they call for my number. The fries already cold, not even warm. Like ?!?! I totally don’t understand. I thought y’all supposed to cook the fries after we order? Then why still need to wait so long if the fries is pre-cook alr?

Did the laser treatment here for my acne scar, Dr Ng have a very good skill and I have to say he’s very professional. He advise what’s the best for me and there’s no hard selling involved. They have move to a new place and the environment is so nice !
