I should have read some past review before I booked the executive health screening with them. I personally have tried different providers, I would say this is one of the bad user experience case for the price I’ve paid. 1) lack of customer experience concept - no lockers for your belonging or personal pod to return to. As such you have to bring your staff to the different stations and sat at different part of the clinic as more customer strolled in 2) plan paid is not any cheaper but excluded some test that was included in other provider 3) Dr attended to me was not as attentive as compared to others I’ve Been to. They did not even ask for my previous report until I open it to show. Some concerns I raised was just being told as wear and tear issue without even check. 4) due to the space, the breakfast box was not even offered until you finished all the test which took about 1.5 hours for me . Even if they give, no proper place to eat in peace . I gave the 1 star purely because of the friendly staff who works diligently. However I will not try their executive health screening again. Lack of customer experience and attentiveness to customer concern.
