We tried the $138++ omakase classic. We probably had too much expectation considering the price and reviews. All the grill wagyu beef are impeccable, but I wish their other dishes could match the standard, which are mostly mediocre. Especially the curry rice and ramen, very disappointing at food court standard. Overall portion is not enough for adult guys also, be prepared to top up for add ons if you are looking for a filling meal.

Rather disappointing meal at Yakiniquest. We had the set lunch Omakase Appetite at $128++, which came with a (shockingly) small portion of beef - basically 7 small slices. Would have been ok if the beef itself was great - but it wasn’t. Some pieces were overcooked, and meat itself was bland (save for the sauce or seasoning). It certainly wasn’t bad, just didn’t meet expectations. Think the best part of the meal was the dessert at the end. Many Japanese wagyu places in Singapore that are better - in terms of quality and value for money - unfortunately.

From the tableside grilling service to the hospitable nature of the staff, as well as the quality cuts, this was a meal to be remembered! We opted for Express Omakase lunch ($78) and topped up $28 each for Signature Yakisuki, which was sirloin served sukiyaki style. Even the accompaniments like miso soup, lotus root chip salad were important components that added to our dining pleasure.

Omakase lunch with family, 5 persons. Starter : Tofu and salad. Follow by grilled wagyu …. Ending with wagyu curry rice, Hojicha iced cream and tea. The grill meat was well seasoned and grilled to perfection in front of you. The crew are well trained with the beef knowledge and grilling the meat. We were served by a lady from Hebei Huanghua 黄骅市. She is very knowledgeable and she delivered professionally. Very satisfied with the dinning experience. Will be back again…

We came to try their wagyu omakase and they did not disappoint, tried varying slices of beef from many choice parts. Started with a beef tartare dish that seem unassuming but so tasty and smooth, the grilled beef pieces were cooked to perfection. Favourite was sliced wagyu sirloin that was superbly seasoned and almost melts in your mouth, service was excellent too. Waitress was always thorough to explain every dish, and the sommelier gave excellent recommendations with regards to the wine. All in considering the variety, the service and atmostphere the experience was over and above some wagyu restaurents I've been to in Tokyo. Overall it was a great experience, we left really full. That said the experience was on the pricier side so save it for special occasions!

I love this store so much. The Possession sandal is so comfortable and an almost daily part of my wardrobe now. Vynn is lovely and really helpful! Will come back again!

I purchased an item on Oct 12 around 2:28 PM, and the staff working that time was honestly very unapproachable. Just last month, I bought something from the IMM outlet, and the service there was excellent — even though they were busy, they still made an effort to engage with every customer. But at the Wisma outlet, it was the complete opposite. We were the only customers there, yet the staff didn’t seem welcoming at all. Didn’t even bother asking if I was a member, just wanted to get the transaction over with as fast as possible. Not welcoming nor informative. We just asked for a different size but the employee acted as if we asked her to carry a 100kg bag. What’s frustrating is how inconsistent the service is. Looking back at the reviews, you can clearly see that other people have had great experiences, so why was ours so bad? Also, they stamped “No exchange, no return” on my receipt, but the receipt itself says exchanges can be made within 7 days if the item is in resalable condition. The shoes I had bought wasn’t even on sale. Why? The worker is extremely unprofessional. Almost all of them were in the BOH. If you can’t even treat customers fairly, why bother working in retail? Simple customer service also cannot do. Go and learn how to be professional, if you even have the capacity to do so.

My cousin and I had a wonderful shopping experience here thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff, especially Vynn. She went above and beyond to assist me in transferring a pair of shoes from another outlet. Throughout the process, she kept me updated consistently and made sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and helpful attitude really stood out. Thank you!
