Had an amazing dining experience at Embassy 1967. The cumi sambal ijo was perfectly balanced, and the rendang was beautifully fragrant and spiced. Every bite made me want more. The sate kambing was real, tender meat and absolutely delicious, with great presentation. The keropok was super sedap, and the ayam taliwang was fried just right with a lovely tangy, sweet, spicy sauce. The soda gembira was creamy and very comforting. The setting was luxurious, and the ambience made the entire experience feel special. A special mention to Malika, the hostess, who was warm, friendly and attentive to details. Her hospitality truly made the meal feel like home. Highly recommended!

Booked a couples fertility test appt ($491 including gst on website) and after the consultation, our total came to $1.4k. While we did resolve it and the total came to 1.2k, i’m still highly dissatisfied that we were not informed that some of procedures that were being performed were not included in the package. We were not informed of the costs before they were performed either. Everything else went smoothly and was great. But this left a really bad impression of the place, it’s not like the procedures performed had to be done RIGHT NOW either, i could have done it somewhere else for cheaper? Could have done a full body health screening with what was charged for just the pap smear. I do appreciate the staffs patience as we were sorting this out though, thank you for that. Nurses and the doctor were really nice too but would have been great if they were more transparent with the charges

We scheduled our appointment months in advance, and only received an email one day before the appointment informing us that the doctor was not available. The reason given was that the doctor was unable to book the clinic. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of time and emotional investment involved in. We expected a much higher level of professionalism and better communication. Very poor experience.

Visited the clinic last year and took up their fertility test package. Experience was pretty meh. Firstly, the nurses asked me for personal documents again even though these were provided before. Nurses did not seem to be passionate about their job. Secondly, the male doctor did not act professionally and often made frivolous jokes to “lighten” the mood such as “just have sex”, “got do or not?”, which I don’t think most people would appreciate. This is especially so when it comes to medical aspect. Thirdly, there is additional charge for weekend appointments, which was not informed upfront when offering package.

Dr. Zhoujing is very gentle and has good medical skills. My daughter's nose is very sensitive and she has a lot of mucus. After Dr. Zhou's treatment, her nose is no longer so sensitive.

The place is clean, efficient and in my personal opinion, doctor is really good at helping my problems. However one thing to note is that if you are looking for a more gentle ttc journey, this is not the experience that I received. Many times, even after surgery, either get yelled at/staff raised voice at me(not all, just some). They have a note to say not to verbally abuse the staff but the irony is in patient getting verbally abused instead. But if you have a more hardened shell/able rough it out, I think the medical treatment works well.

Had bad experience with the counter staffs. They do not seem to know what they are doing. We have been here twice. It seems like there are many people at the front desk but the waiting time is long despite making an appointment beforehand. Like what others have feedback, the nurses talked out loud to you in front of other patients who are waiting and have no sense of privacy. This is a fertility centre but the counter staffs were unable to understand the kind of packages and services the centre offer. They couldn't even tell you more about the payment plan and packages. Told us to refer to someone else and they were busy. We had spoken to 3 different staffs and they told us different info, so whose info is correct? The info on website is not up to date. There are many staffs working at the centre and yet things are messy. The management should look into it. Staffs are not well trained and info given is incorrect and yet the fees charged are not cheap. We are considering changing doctor as we are concerned if their backend lab is as messy as their front desk staffs.

We wanted to do a normal fertility test, like from what we read, there will be blood test and then semen analysis and were thinking about potentially genetic testing. We were hoping the doctor could give us more insight as pre testing consultation is mandated by Thomson Medical. We went in with a lot of curiosity, openness and genuine excitement as we are thinking about trying to conceive and were met with extreme disappointment about the lack of care and clarity with assumptions made throughout the experience. 1) The doctor was texting. Without looking up at all, mumbled something, kept on texting, no eye contact. Didn’t apologise. We thought she had a long day, even though it was a little unnerving. When she finally looked up, I smiled. 2) We registered as a couple. The reception knew. But I (ie the wife) was being the one that was addressed by the doctor only. I didn’t think much of it there and then, but after the consultation, I felt overwhelmed as it felt like I was the only one that was responsible for this as I was the main one being talked to. (later on I realised the receptionist only included my personal details/stick tag onto the invoice and the paper the doctor was writing on. but why was that? Before we went in, there was a nurse who asked my husband and I to check our personal details as patients) 3) She rattled off her point of view without checking in with us about what we want to know, our current state, asking us questions in a very abrupt way. She made a lot of assumptions about us as patients and couple. “Got try or not? Got try or not?” “When was the last time you try?” (Why can’t she just say when was the last time you had sex or inter course?) When I said often/recently and I was at this point, miffed, and said I am not tracking, she snorted like I was being silly and went back to her chart and rattled again about the mechanical approach. I was trying to nod and smile and cheer myself up although I felt like throwing up at the load of info she was piling at us and how she made something pleasurable mechanical and dull.
