Staff is definitely unfriendly. I went on here on thursday evening. No crowds, yet non of the staff was attentive. All busy minding their own business and doesn’t even have decency to assist a customer out. They sell kids item, but yet gave a judgy look at kids. Not even a smile from the staff till point of transaction. Terrible shopping experience.

If we pay $188++ for a dinner set meal - it's inching super close to omakase, as a family we were super shock that the food portion was so small. We were only 1/4 full after coming out of the restaurant. Usually if we pay an upwards of this amount for set meal, we also expect a level of service standard. When we arrived, we were also really shocked that for 15mins, no one served us water. It was very poorly managed But after some chat, we appreciated the hardwork from the service staff I hope this review sends a signal to the business to really re-think their pricing and how they would like to conduct their set meal

Incredible wagyu quality throughout the "QUEST" dinner omakase at Yakiniquest. Highlights included the seasonal starter with uni and the outstanding Premium Grill Wagyu Beef (especially the steak cut tongue and "YAKISUKI"). Delicious closer and dessert too. A must for wagyu lovers!

Fantastic experience, we agreed that this was probably the best beef-centered experience we’ve had in awhile. Everything was delectable, we got the Omakase Standard ($138/pax) which is decently filling if you don’t have a big appetite. We ended up topping up 2 portions of the tongue steak, which is only included in the Quest omakase. While the appetizers are good, the highlight is really the grilled cuts - I loved the tenderloin, tongue, striploin, and ribeye cap cuts :) The staff serving us was also attentive and took time to explain the meats to us, and our water glass was never empty. Overall very nice experience, with the last cut of meat being served w a happy vday platter. We will be back!

This is really good (and definitely pricey). The meats we had were top quality, once you put it in your mouth, you’ll know. The waiters there would cook it for you so there’s no chance you would mess up the meat, and they all know how to grill it. The service is also really good. The waiters remember your individual order so there won’t be any mix up.

We tried the $138++ omakase classic. We probably had too much expectation considering the price and reviews. All the grill wagyu beef are impeccable, but I wish their other dishes could match the standard, which are mostly mediocre. Especially the curry rice and ramen, very disappointing at food court standard. Overall portion is not enough for adult guys also, be prepared to top up for add ons if you are looking for a filling meal.
