Most importantly, Mark is always there to answer all our queries without hard selling. Hence, we always come back to XZQT not only for their quality and aesthetic furniture, but also their excellent after sales customer service.

We had an awesome experience shopping for our dining chairs and bar stools to match our newly ordered dining table. Iskandar at XZQT Paragon was very patient and gave us lots of excellent advice regarding the choice of design , colours and materials which attest to his years of experience in this area. His help, follow up and attention to detail were genuine , and with a very competitive price for the similar products which could also be found at another furniture retailer, we sealed the deal for the 12 Catelan Arcadia Coutre dining chairs and 4 similar bar stools. Highly recommended without hesitation !

Personally had a much better experience at their Pandan or the Kaki Bukit outlet, where they have a much bigger variety of furniture pieces on display. The shop here at Paragon, is in all honesty felt just a marketing shop front, displaying some pieces amongst the much wider range within their portfolio. That said, the XZQT range is definitely one of the furniture shops I visited when buying a sofa. I ended up buying a Nicoletti from Robin from Pandan, which I thoroughly enjoy so many months into my purchase. Despite the long wait, and the above average prices, I personally feel that it's still much better compared to some other branded shops that I've also visited during my process.
