I feel a strong need to write a review as I was very disappointed with the frontline staff at this clinic. They hardly ever address you by your name whenever they message you and do not get back to you if you make urgent enquiries or requests. I had to follow-up a few days after, regarding my health situation.
At the clinic, when I asked one of the nurses to check something with the doctor, she rolled her eyes at my husband and I, and seemed very unwilling to help and ask the doctor about my situation. We were very shocked by her reaction.

Such a wonderful experience with Dr Tang. On two occasions, I’ve had to go to him quite urgently for a scan and consult. Both times he immediately gave me an appointment, conducted a thorough consult and had excellent and kind bedside manner. He immediately puts you at ease, is very reassuring but yet practical and to the point. I would even like to give a shout out to his excellent receptionist and admin team. They put up with my endless anxious calls without losing patience. They accompanied me into the biopsy that I had to do and always had a smile, a small reassuring squeeze of the shoulder to make me feel at ease and cared for.
