Had an incredible experience at LSC eye clinic. Dr Mark Tay and his team ensured that it was a smooth experience, from the moment I stepped through the door. They were reassuring, professional and speedy in all their assessments. Optometrist Jiahui was detailed and knowledgable. Dr Mark completed my ReLEx SMILE surgery in 15mins and I am now proud to say that I have perfect vision (next day machine test as perfect vision, but it takes about 1 week to be fully clear). There was no discomfort the next day either. Lsc staff Kat was also very thorough in her explanation of all the post op meds. Highly recommend this clinic for their superb skills and professionalism.

I had LASIK at this clinic during COVID, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my health. one year Post-surgery, I developed severe dry eyes. When I raised my concerns, the doctor simply brushed it off as “just dry eyes.” I was prescribed steroid eye drops, which helped briefly, but the symptoms flared up again after a month. Now, I spend over $300 every month on eye drops, supplements like omega-3, and ipl treatment at another clinic where the doctor is much more experienced and genuinely concerned about managing dry eye disease. My vision is blur. My quality of life has been deeply affected — I struggle to look at screens and use my phone, which impacts both my work and daily life. I also developed astigmatism again and am back to wearing glasses. No one at the clinic properly informed me that dry eye can become a chronic condition. Instead, I was given the impression it was temporary and that simple drops would solve it — which has not been the case. I hope this review helps others to fully understand the potential long-term consequences of LASIK, especially if you are prone to dry eyes. Make sure you’re being followed up by someone who takes your concerns seriously and discusses all possible risks honestly.

I underwent eye surgery at LSC Eye Clinic, where the entire staff exhibited exceptional care. Their genuine passion and professionalism were evident, creating a comforting atmosphere both before and after the surgery. Dr. Han, in particular, stands out as one of the best doctors I've encountered, demonstrating a sincere concern for the well-being of her patients. This clinic was recommended by my partner and future in-laws. They had been their loyal customers since the clinic's opening, and I am genuinely grateful for following their advice.

I had been putting off LASIK for over 15 years because I've been so scared of the procedure itself. Finally did it in the end, and I was recommended this clinic by my cousin. I have to give it to one of the staff members, Fen, who honestly made the entire experience so much more manageable. She was so kind and patient, and walked me through every step of the eye tests and letting me know exactly what to expect — whether it was the puff of air or a flash of light — so I could prepare myself before it happens. Fen was super nice. Dr Daphne Han was also fantastic and clearly very skilled at what she does. The procedure itself (I did Lasik with the Lasik Xtra add on) was quick, and I was at nearly 20/20 vision after a few days of recovery. The team were very helpful and said I could WhatsApp them any time I have any questions about my recovery. I've waited almost two months post-surgery before I wrote this review and honestly it was life-changing. I would be careful regarding some of the other reviews on here talking about how their vision isn't as clear as they expected - I mean it takes up to a year to fully recover, you can't expect to have 20/20 immediately. And I think I read somewhere that the team can help with any corrections if needed. Huge thanks to the entire team — especially Fen and Dr. Han — for making something so daunting such a positive experience.

Accompanied the bf for Relex Smile. He managed to get the op on the same day! Dr Mark is a skilful eye surgeon and the surgery was done in ~15 mins! The nurses were super friendly and helpful. Dr Mark was also very reassuring and thorough in his explanation. It’s great that they had a video to reinforce some of the points and to show the difference between lasik and smile. We chose the newer generation ReLEx SMILE as it is flapless, minimally invasive and has a faster recovery. The BF said there was no pain the next day too I also loved the care package, as it had everything we needed, from sunglasses to eyeshield to eye drops etc

Did SMILE PRO here two months ago and couldn’t be happier! The staffs here are warm and caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, addressed all my questions, and ensured I was comfortable and confident before the surgery. The procedure itself was quick and smooth, and the aftercare team followed up closely to make sure my recovery was on track. Thankyou Dr Han and the team for the outstanding service and genuine care. Highly recommend them to anyone considering LASIK!

Done my SMILE Pro in Korea last week, and was advised to do a follow up 1-2weeks post surgery. Back in SG hence, googled for an eye clinic in SG that does refractive surgery check up and saw that LSC had good reviews. Went with my friends today but unfortunately, I left the clinic feeling uncomfortable about the doctor’s attitude. Pros: Receptionists and staffs who done the registrations and eye checks are quite friendly. Smooth registration and didn’t had to wait. Cons: Dr Daphne Han who did the check was quite unprofessional — she showed obvious reluctance in doing our checks and questioned us why did we do our surgery in Korea (it’s at least 40% cheaper and it was recommended by a friend who has done it and recovered well), and went on to mention we should have supported local and there’s nothing she can do if there’s any issues as we didn’t do our surgery at LSC. She didn’t ask for our memo from the Korean doctor, nor asked for any details regarding our surgery. Proceeded with the check which lasted less than a minute. And when we asked if there’s anything we should take note of and if we needed another follow up, she said it’s up to us since we didn’t do the surgery at LSC. This was repeated when another friend went in for the check after me and another friend. Understand that we didn’t do the surgery there hence, she’s not accountable for any complications (if any). But we paid for the check up ($218) and expected it to be professionally done — what to take note of and proper advise if another check up is necessary based on our check up results, and not just “up to us” because we didn’t do our surgery there. If clinic is uncomfortable doing check up for people who didn’t do the surgery there, they should’ve mentioned when we enquired. TLDR: If you’ve done your surgery elsewhere and you’re just looking to do a refractive surgery check up as a follow up, then LSC is probably not for you.
