Shop Reviews

Personally had a much better experience at their Pandan or the Kaki Bukit outlet, where they have a much bigger variety of furniture pieces on display. The shop here at Paragon, is in all honesty felt just a marketing shop front, displaying some pieces amongst the much wider range within their portfolio. That said, the XZQT range is definitely one of the furniture shops I visited when buying a sofa. I ended up buying a Nicoletti from Robin from Pandan, which I thoroughly enjoy so many months into my purchase. Despite the long wait, and the above average prices, I personally feel that it's still much better compared to some other branded shops that I've also visited during my process.

Just made my purchase of a very elegant and exquisite table after 3 months of deliberation. Mark (and assisted by Alan) has been very patient with me throughout my indecisiveness and answered every single query. Initially, I already struck off XZQT as a potential place to get a dining table from. But Mark’s persuasiveness and patience made me change my mind. XZQT is very lucky to have such an exceptional salesperson like Mark! Keep it up!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing furniture from this XZQT. Mark was incredibly patient and attentive, responding to all my requests with care. Every question I had was met with clear, detailed explanations, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great products and exceptional service!

I and my partner had an excellent shopping experience at the XZQT Paragon store. Alan and Mark did an outstanding job introducing us to many of their collections. Their knowledge and professionalism made our visit truly enjoyable. I would like to give special thanks to Mark, who has been diligently following up with me for a long period of time. His dedication and persistence were key factors in our decision to choose XZQT for all our furniture needs. Thank you, Mark and Alan, for your exceptional service. We look forward to shopping with you again!

Beautiful Italian furniture and impeccable service. We purchased our dining set & coffee tables from XZQT and no regrets. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in colour selection. We ended up with a set of custom leather dining chairs from Calligaris. The chairs arrived 4 months later but one of the chairs has some deep creases. Their service and delivery team tried to iron out the creases but still they are visible. Since these are custom leather chairs, we didn’t have high hopes of replacement still the service team tried and gave feedback to the supplier. They managed to get us a replacement for our chair. Very grateful to such a dedicated team. Having a dedicated local service team makes all the difference as these are authentic Italian furniture shipped from Italy. XZQT helped us to ensure the best quality furniture we have purchased. Thank you for the great work.
