Jackie from Oakley 313@Somerset, Singapore is a top-notch Sales Rep. He's one man, running the store and juggling multiple customers with an acute ability to tend to everyone's needs while not forgetting our requests/details. I was thoroughly impressed and had a pleasant shopping experience. I went in looking for a pair of sunnies, and I left with one pair of sunnies and an extra lens. 10/10 Sales Rep, highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The first time I went to the counter, the staff were so busy that I waited but ended up walking away. I came back about half an hour later to pay for the belt, which was clearly priced at $34.00. To my surprise, the staff then told me the belt was actually $52.00, saying they had “forgotten to change the price tag.” When I questioned it, the staff just said, “if you want, it’s $52.00." This is not professional or honest. If the displayed price is $34.00, the store should honor it. Otherwise, customers cannot trust any of the prices shown. In the end, I walked out without buying. Very disappointed with this kind of service and lack of professionalism.

5-stars for this store here only because of Ash. Superb customer-centric service from the moment I walk in - from being polite, understanding what I am looking for, patiently answering all my questions, accommodating to my requests and recommending a suitable pair for me. I did not purchase on first visit, rather the third, but Ash has always been welcoming and patient - and that’s also one reason why I came back to purchase from him. He goes the extra mile for his customers and does not only push for sales or expensive products. That said, stall is well organized and they have a good range of Oakleys on display. Very different from the ones you see at other optical outlets. Limited edition and latest designs are all here too. You can customize your own Oakleys as well all the way from US too if you are keen at a slight price premium. They have some regular discounts at seasonal periods too!

Just wanted to say the staff here are really friendly and thoughtful. Arif served me and was super helpful—he took the time to explain everything about Oakley and showed me why people love the brand. It was my first time visiting, and I was buying for my fiancé, so I wasn’t too sure what to get. Arif was very patient, showed me different designs, and explained how each one has its own unique features, which made the whole experience so much better. I didn’t manage to catch the name of the other guy who helped out too, but thank you both for the great service and warm welcome. I’ll definitely come back again. And thanks for sending your salam to my fiancé! 👍🏻

Excellent customer service from Sofiyah. Needless to say full selection of sunglasses from the Oakley catalog and I was pleasantly surprised to find the model here that I was unable to find elsewhere (although I chose a different pair in the end). 😎 …

I initially held off posting this publicly in the hope of resolving things privately, but unfortunately, my experience has left me incredibly disappointed. I paid nearly SGD$1000 at Yann Beyrie Salon for a full head of highlights and cut. Not only did the cut result in a chin-length bob with a fringe I never asked for (looks exactly like all the other bobs posted by jess) (which now prevents me from wearing my hair up for work + was just past my shoulders). I posted a negative review which received a response from the owner and an option to get it fixed (colour wise) which I accepted. Unfortunately after only two/three washes using the salon’s recommended shampoo, the colour turned patchy, brassy, and uneven. I’ve now been left needing professional colour correction and hair extensions to restore my appearance—at significant additional cost. While I appreciated the attempt at a colour fix, the result didn’t hold, and the salon has refused a refund, citing a 5-day dissatisfaction policy , which I was never informed of when paying. I raised my concerns within that timeframe initally, yet they’re now refusing further communication, despite the clear ongoing issue (I raised it again with the owner, 9 days later after the 'corrective fix'). For the price paid and the premium reputation, the quality and customer care have been severely lacking. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience and the owner only cares about reviews and will get people to change them when they post honest feedback. I’ve been seeing Jess at Yann Bayrie for 4 years now, and she never disappoints! She’s amazing at both haircuts and colour! Jess is especially great with Indian hair, understanding its texture and unique needs. Her attention to detail and personalised approach make every visit a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly knows how to bring out the best in your hair, I can’t recommend Jess enough! The overall experience at Yann Bayrie is consistently top-notch too – from the welcoming atmosphere to the friendly staff, it’s always a pleasure to visit.

Finally got a fabulous haircut... moved away from my signature Bob to a short mire dynamic easy to manage style. I recently visited Yann Beyrie with some serious hair color issues that had been bothering me for a while. My hair was unevenly colored, with some sections looking dull and brassy, and others too dark and patchy. I was worried it might be a lost cause, but Francis completely turned things around for me! From the moment I sat in the chair, Francis was incredibly attentive and professional. He took the time to understand my hair history and what I was looking for in terms of color. Instead of jumping straight into a solution, he explained the process step-by-step and offered several options to correct the color, making sure I felt comfortable with the plan. Francis used a combination of color correction techniques, carefully blending different shades to even out the tone. They expertly neutralized the unwanted brassiness and strategically added highlights and lowlights to create a more natural, balanced look. Throughout the process, he was incredibly precise, ensuring every section of my hair received the right treatment. The result was nothing short of amazing! My hair color is now beautifully blended, vibrant, and exactly what I had hoped for. The stylist’s expertise and patience truly shined through, and I left the salon feeling more confident and happy with my hair than I have in a long time. Now I'm all ready for my upcoming pre wedding photography! If you’re struggling with hair color issues, I highly recommend seeing Francis at his skill and dedication to achieving the perfect result are unmatched!

I had a great experience as a first timer at Yann Beyrie. I walked in the salon with frizzy and orange toned hair and walked out with beautifully layered hair with ash toned highlights. Jess understood my pain points very well and was very patient and meticulous in adding the highlights. I was happy with the haircut she gave me. Jimmy was a great help too in washing , toning and styling my hair. Both Jess and jimmy were very friendly . They were nice enough to offer me drinks as I was sitting there for a long time. I will definitely return here for hair services the next time.
