I initially held off posting this publicly in the hope of resolving things privately, but unfortunately, my experience has left me incredibly disappointed. I paid nearly SGD$1000 at Yann Beyrie Salon for a full head of highlights and cut. Not only did the cut result in a chin-length bob with a fringe I never asked for (looks exactly like all the other bobs posted by jess) (which now prevents me from wearing my hair up for work + was just past my shoulders). I posted a negative review which received a response from the owner and an option to get it fixed (colour wise) which I accepted. Unfortunately after only two/three washes using the salon’s recommended shampoo, the colour turned patchy, brassy, and uneven. I’ve now been left needing professional colour correction and hair extensions to restore my appearance—at significant additional cost. While I appreciated the attempt at a colour fix, the result didn’t hold, and the salon has refused a refund, citing a 5-day dissatisfaction policy , which I was never informed of when paying. I raised my concerns within that timeframe initally, yet they’re now refusing further communication, despite the clear ongoing issue (I raised it again with the owner, 9 days later after the 'corrective fix'). For the price paid and the premium reputation, the quality and customer care have been severely lacking. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience and the owner only cares about reviews and will get people to change them when they post honest feedback.
