Baristart Coffee Singapore brings Hokkaido cafe culture to Wisma Atria, where the Japan-based concept spotlights the exceptional creaminess of BIEI Jersey Milk in signature beverages and food offerings. Located on the fourth floor within the OCBC Wisma Atria branch at 435 Orchard Road, this cafe opened on September 15, 2023, as the brand third Singapore outlet, building on success at earlier locations through consistent dedication to Hokkaido dairy excellence.
The coffee program centers on drinks crafted with velvety Hokkaido milk known for its distinct richness and smooth texture. The signature Baristart Latte arrives adorned with bespoke cafe latte art, while menu options expand to include Cafe Mocha and customization through add-on flavors of caramel, vanilla, or honey. This focus on premium milk quality elevates standard coffee preparations into showcases for dairy craftsmanship that Japanese producers have perfected.
Beyond beverages, Baristart Coffee delivers Japanese fusion cuisine that appeals to customers seeking substantial meals alongside their drinks. The Wafu Pasta features prawns and bacon in Japanese-inspired preparations, while the Tonkatsu showcases thick, deep-fried Hokkaido pork loin between soft, crustless white bread in proper sando format. The cream puffs remain customer favorites, filled with signature Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk custard in both classic milk and coffee variants, demonstrating how quality dairy enhances even simple pastries.
Operating hours run 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, accommodating lunch, afternoon tea, and early dinner crowds. The Wisma Atria location provides convenient access for shoppers exploring Orchard Road who want authentic Japanese cafe experiences without traveling to specialty neighborhoods, bringing Hokkaido flavors and cafe culture directly to Singapore mainstream shopping district.
We went here for a quick late lunch after the kid event, ordered a meal and yourgyrt smoothie, and also tiramisu cake.
Then we asked for a warm water 3 times, 3 times and no one send for us even though telling us “okay okay”, told us that wait for a while as they are busy, then when I check again, they are just washing and two person in one sink?
How difficult can a warm water be make?
Management, I hope u can train ur staff better, just I’m kind of disappointed.

I'm here for good coffee and superb ice-cream or alfogato. A ideal café at the corner of Foodcourt, tucked inside the bookstore, what an amazing experience surrounded by the bookwhile drinking your coffee or having your meal.
Why so good about their coffee or especially their ice-cream or alfogato? B'cos they are using Hokkaido milk as their unique ingredients. Especially their ice-cream, is was so creamy and flavourful, fragrances and smooth in your mount. Even their alfogato, a drink with an espresso and Hokkaido ice-cream, it's full of kick from the bitter espresso and the smoothie Hokkaido milk. Simply Delicious.
If you looking for a good coffee drinks or even foods. BARISTART will satisfy you.

Tried the wagyu don ($27), latte ($6) and the cream puff ($8)
I actually thought the don was decent, if a little overpriced. The beef doneness was to my liking, and i felt the flavours were balanced went eaten with the rice, tangy milk foam and onions. They could have given slightly more meat for the price though
The latte was pretty good, you do taste the creaminess of the milk but the coffee aroma is not diluted.
The standout was easily the creampuff, very generous with the cream.
Overall, i think its worth trying for the cream puff and coffee! The service by the old man was really friendly too.

Super tasty stir-fry spot! The food looked great and tasted even better. Loved all the desserts — not a single miss. Staff were lovely, especially the uncle who was super kind and made us feel right at home. He was also really sweet with the kids. Will definitely be back!

I guess with the 1f1 promo it’s more worth, environment is p chill too, open space. just don’t expect too much from their pasta mains at least

Great environment to have some coffee and work through the afternoon. Not too noisy, lots of books as decor, calm and productive vibes. Partnered with OCBC, so you can get your banking done too. Matcha latte was rich and flavorful, berry smoothie had just the right sweetness. Power socket available on request. Highly recommended!
