I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The first time I went to the counter, the staff were so busy that I waited but ended up walking away. I came back about half an hour later to pay for the belt, which was clearly priced at $34.00.
To my surprise, the staff then told me the belt was actually $52.00, saying they had “forgotten to change the price tag.” When I questioned it, the staff just said, “if you want, it’s $52.00."
This is not professional or honest. If the displayed price is $34.00, the store should honor it. Otherwise, customers cannot trust any of the prices shown.
In the end, I walked out without buying. Very disappointed with this kind of service and lack of professionalism.

5-stars for this store here only because of Ash. Superb customer-centric service from the moment I walk in - from being polite, understanding what I am looking for, patiently answering all my questions, accommodating to my requests and recommending a suitable pair for me. I did not purchase on first visit, rather the third, but Ash has always been welcoming and patient - and that’s also one reason why I came back to purchase from him. He goes the extra mile for his customers and does not only push for sales or expensive products.
That said, stall is well organized and they have a good range of Oakleys on display. Very different from the ones you see at other optical outlets. Limited edition and latest designs are all here too. You can customize your own Oakleys as well all the way from US too if you are keen at a slight price premium. They have some regular discounts at seasonal periods too!

Shoutout to Ariff for being a superb salesman.
Showed me the new products and gave recommendations and even shared with me about some of the sunglasses he has.
He also showed me the promo section, which I ended up buying an item from. Even though I wasn’t looking to purchase a sunglasses (as my sphaera sunglasses were still quite new), Ariff was patient and did not hard sell anything and made sure to pay attention to customer’s current needs and context.
I’ll be sure to visit the store again when the Oakley itch comes and definitely look out for Ariff, very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

I’d like to share some positive feedback about the Oakley sales associate working at the Somerset outlet. She was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and patient throughout my visit. Her genuine warmth made the shopping experience very pleasant, and she took the time to understand what I was looking for without any pressure.
What really stood out was her knowledge about the products — she explained the features clearly and helped me find the best option based on my needs. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service. She truly represents the Oakley brand well, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

I was there yesterday to purchase my own running sunglasses, and the staff there, Arif, was very patient with me and provided the best type of sunglasses for my needs. He even took the extra steps to ask about my running habits so he could provide some constructive feedback and explain the technology behind Oakley sunglasses. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would come back again should I need more help with purchasing.
