Bad experience. There is a promo of 0.99 sgd with first order by the app. Yet staff did not inform and pointed me to order from kiosk. When i learned of the promotion and requested to change, the staff said he cannot refund if by kiosk.🤦🏽♂️ He said sorry, but his insencirity of the apology became apparent when i requested to change from ice to hot, as it was my request before the order. He wont want to change, i had to make my point and he said i have to wait half an hour after all orders before he could change.🤦🏽♂️ luckily there was another staff lady who understood my plea and helped me change to hot. I still lost my money due to missing out the 0.99 sgd promotion though.🤦🏽♂️ really bad! Why i have to pay more when there is promotion!!!!!!!!
