The staff here was so polite & the whole team is so efficient. Even though it’s so busy they managed to make my drink in 1 min though the app said 4 mins. They also packed the takeaway package very securely. Idk how the points system works but I get $2.99 drinks v often so be sure to sign up as a member!!

It's my favourite coffee for a long time. I like the selections, especially coconut latte. Having the app & occasional vouchers help keep their coffee affordable. Somerset outlet is for takeaways only, so can't really rate for atmosphere since every customer is hanging around waiting for orders. On that day, there was only 1 staff, making the wait longer than usual, as orders were coming in one after the other. Not his fault, of course.

Very cute packaging and paper bag. The coffee tastes great. Definitely give it a try if you need some mid-day perk me up coffee with milk.

Little butter latte and cherry blossom latte are time-limited drink. Both of them are very nice. They also offer coupons from time to time, it’s absolutely worth a try 🫶🏽

Bad experience. There is a promo of 0.99 sgd with first order by the app. Yet staff did not inform and pointed me to order from kiosk. When i learned of the promotion and requested to change, the staff said he cannot refund if by kiosk.🤦🏽‍♂️ He said sorry, but his insencirity of the apology became apparent when i requested to change from ice to hot, as it was my request before the order. He wont want to change, i had to make my point and he said i have to wait half an hour after all orders before he could change.🤦🏽‍♂️ luckily there was another staff lady who understood my plea and helped me change to hot. I still lost my money due to missing out the 0.99 sgd promotion though.🤦🏽‍♂️ really bad! Why i have to pay more when there is promotion!!!!!!!!

I like to order their coconut latte (least sweet) and matcha latte . Both tastes really good and there’s always discount if you order using their app and it usually cost only $3.20 . Their cup is so cute !!

I know this brand through 2024 AO and the marketing approaches to us was amazing. Customer Service has a distance to mermaid competitor.

Black coffee hot but we ordered wrongly .. wanted to ask if it’s possible to add ice to make it less hot because of the wrong order but she sent and said it was impossible? This service is ??

Convenient to order on their app for advance order! Tried their iced latte but felt it was too milky for my liking.
