Beef was great, black pepper sauce will be put at the side if requested to be non-spicy. Might need to wait if it’s crowed, we got served the some tasty salad while waiting, overall was a decent meal

The word "Big Value Sets" attracted me when I was making the order for my dunner. Thus, I ordered "Signature Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin Set", as shown in the attached picture. However, when the dish was served, I was shocked to see that the amount of beef was half of the amount as presented in the menu. Picture is also attached. I complained to the staff, and a lady in black attire, she is either a supervisor or manager, came to explain, that the menu was just for illustration, and the amount of beef to be served is only 100g. I questioned her back that if that is the case, then the beef in the menu should also show the amount of 100g in order to reflect the correct amount that the custome will receive. This is obviously made to deceive the customers intentionally. She said she will feedback to the boss. I cannot accept such dishonest act, which is not acceptable in business. HENIU, please correct this ASAP. The taste of the fried vegetable was also below standard. I did not expect that I will eat such awfully fried vegetable from such eatery. Also, as I did not want to feel the heat of the hot plate, I took the seat at the back with proper table. Unfortunately, it was also a bad choice as the inside space was warm and stuffy. The space was not conducive for a meal at all. I had to eat quickly so that I could breath in fresher and cooler air outside the restaurant. In conclusion, I will never come back again. I paid a higher price for a lousy experience.

Been in Singapore for 4 days, tried a lot. Fancy, street, mid. This is the best. Excellent steaks and very good value for money. Thank you and keep up the good work. We will be back.

Ordered dinner at 8.50pm. They have closed their stoves yet they still accepted my order. They should have said they have closed and not accepted my order. Ended up my food was anyhow cooked with a weird sauce all over. Greedy and unethical way of doing business.

3.5 stars! Pretty affordable at $8.90. Each main gets you 2 sides. Not a big fan of their golden crispy fish. Didn't taste that good in my opinion. But wow the pasta and fries tastes really good. Fragrant herbs and sauce makes the sides tastier than the main itself haha. I also like that their teppan sauce has a strong garlic flavour! I'm not a big fan of the hotplate concept cause by the time I'm halfway through my meal, my pasta is all dehydrated and stale haha. But it keeps the food warm!

Wanted to try the tomahawk, went the 1st time but was sold out.. apparently they only have limited stock. Went the 2nd time and managed to order. Not a very big pc. Didn’t ask how I wanted it cook but I trusted them n it turn out medium rare, ok for me.. seasoning and taste was ok. Nicely cooked.. not cheap for an average dinner but worth a try..

Just had one of the worst experience! The lady in the photo certainly had a very bad attitude issue. My 3 year old son was trying to help us take the chop sticks and spoon from the holder with my wife by his side and she straight away rushed from the counter and grabbed it away from him causing him to cry. I certainly am not sure what her issue with but I implore the BreadTalk group and food Republic have a better screening process of who you are hiring and also look to provide better service standards. The actions by this lady was certainly very uncalled for and left us feeling extremely frustrated and uncomfortable.
