NOT TRUSTWORTHY For my visa application I informed the receptionist to get HIV, Hepatitis B & C testing. She said the result would be submitted directly to Embassy after 5 working days. But it had not submitted until over 2 weeks. As follow-ups, I had to call them multiple times because they usually replied that clinic in-charge was not around. Sometimes they took my number but never called me back. All email links mentioned on their website had also been invalid. The valid emails they provided also never responded my enquiry. When I was able to talk, the staff on phone mentioned that the results had been ready and would be submitted soon. I also realized that different staffs used only one name “Angela” on phone. After nearly a month I received a call from clinic asking me to revisit for the 2nd time blood withdrawal as they forgot to test Hepatitis B & C. Then why did she mention all my results had been ready for submission during my previous enquiries? When I asked her supervisor’s email, she provided one which I finally found it out as her own personal gmail instead of supervisor’s one. Such a liar! I didn’t get the service equitable for the money I paid.

Review is for those required eMedical for AU or NZ visa application. Visited Paragon branch on Saturday to get Chest X-ray eMedical report for NZ visa application. Assure to me that if come by 8.30am, can be done All on the same day. This clinic doesn't have own facility of X-ray and refer to Radlink to take X-ray. I reached to clinic at 7.50am and X-ray was done at 9.10am. However Radlink told me that have to wait for 3 to 5 working days to submit my result. I had waited over the weekend and start chasing to Point on Monday afternoon. Point Medical twist tongue and told me that wait for 3 working days. After long argument with Point Medical, they submitted my result to NZ by 4.42pm on Monday. I brought my 3 kids and wife to SATA AMK branch for Full medical check up (HIV, Hepatitis B, C, Eye, Height & Weight, Doctor consultation etc) and X ray. Only Takes 45 mins for 4 pax and completed 4.30pm. For the younger 2 kids without blood test and X ray, they submitted eMedical to NZ and receive acknowledgement email before we reach home. For wife and eldest daughter (Blood test + X ray), I received acknowledgement email next day 8.52am. SATA AMK got full facility and plenty of staffs running so efficiently and no to reply on 3rd party X ray facility. Strongly suggest that DO NOT go to POINT MEDICAL if you need for oversea visa eMedical. Wasting your time and will vomit blood.

Staffs were quite friendly & helpful. Both of them helped with the process well and made it easy. Doctor and technician who took the blood test and x-ray were very polite and friendly too. Even my e-medicals were submitted within 2 days which is earlier than the promised time (3-4 working days). My only concern was the waiting time for an x-ray was too long as it was crowded. Everything else was great!

I walked in without appointments due to urgency. Thanks for very friendly, patient and efficient staff to arrange urgent checkup. Skilled nurse for collect blood samples, I don’t feel any pain. The place is strongly recommended for health examinations

Was skeptical at first due to the reviews but still go ahead as they have an earlier date and the pricing is cheaper as compared to other DHA approved panel physicians. Please note that the center only accept booking through Whatapp. Another advice is to print the relevant documents for faster and smooth registration and processing. Otherwise, charges will be incurred if you need them to print. The clinic staff are all friendly and helpful. The registration and payment are smooth, the medical check such as urine test are swift and minimum waiting time needed. The clinic have outsourced their phlebotomy service to third party company and the staff are very friendly and most importantly skilful! Next, I was attended by Dr Irene Ong who is a very patient and nice. She will explains and share with me the initial physical examination result which is very assuring for me. Lastly, aside from the phlebotomy service, the radiology service (Radlink) is also outsourced and will be instructed to proceed to the lower level at same building to do the necessary scans. The clinic will clear the payment first before heading over to the radiology department and after that you can go home as that will be the last stop. Overall, the whole process is smooth and it is a pleasant experience for me. Kudos PMG!
