Smallest tomahawk in Singapore. Be prepared to wait for at least 45 minutes while everyone who comes after you get their food within 10 minutes. They did not ask for my desired steak doneness. And then turns out the tomahawk was completely raw near the bone. So much meat wasted because they didnt cook it well. The fried rice was mushy and plain. Overall the tomahawk was very disappointing.

They say beef cubes, but it’s actually MINCED beef shaped into cubes. So they are essentially selling a beef patty for $12. Lol

Ate many times and always satisfying! Love the beef cubes. Wish they could give more sauce as the hot plate evaporates most of the sauce away by mid meal. Flash your passion card on weekdays for 10% off.

Service staff shouldn’t even be in front if he doesn’t even have basic training in customer service. Ordered at 9pm, and service staff was just standing around. Asked if they are still taking orders - staff attitude was very unhappy and unpleasant - if it is beyond their working hours, then don’t take in my orders at all. Don’t disgruntledly accept orders and be unhappy about it. Guess what, the chef that’s is ACTUALLY working, didn’t bat an eyelid.

Rubbish service by the china lady ask for advise also everything don't know then you work for an branded brand for what at least other brands company can give great advise .

Service is good. Staff was prompt to show us the backpacks and explain the difference in design, material and price.

Rubbish service from the time i stepped in, horrible body language and tone. Questionable service standards from a brand of such. Glad i walked out and spent my money elsewhere.

Decent Burberry outlet, but I’d go to the flagship store at nearby ION.
