Was a bit worried about visiting this outlet because of the reviews about the service but the team today (esp the girl in a black shirt) was super friendly and approachable! A bit costly compared to other acai places for its portion.

First time trying them. The menu took me awhile to understand what I wanna order. I chose the mango one. Below this loads of fruits, there's a thick layer of nut butter, which is one of the most I've ever ate! This is a plus point I'm loving it. The mango sorbet is appetising as well. Will be back to try more of other flavours and combination!!!!

Had an amazing experience on 15 April 2025. The service was top-notch, friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. I’ve tried most of the menu, but the cashier still managed to recommend something new that perfectly matched my taste. Truly 10/10 service!

this is my go-to acai place! the servings are always generous, not only for the acai but also the toppings. the acai and different sorbets, and the toppings are all so delicious! the staff are always very friendly and polite too! a must-visit!

• Visited Açai on July 6, 2025, at 9:20 PM and had a disappointing experience by two ladies at the counter(It you’re not open then just say so !) • Asked if the restaurant was still open; staff confirmed it was but displayed unwelcoming and distasteful expressions. • Inquired about sauce varieties and sugar content; staff seemed unprepared and lacked basic menu knowledge. • Staff member shouted to a colleague for clarification, which was unprofessional and disruptive. • Suggestion: Implement a pre-closing time to manage customer expectations and avoid disappointing paying customers.

First time patronising Acai Affair and I was completely appalled at the way dry chia seeds are sprinkled over other toppings in the Acai bowl. Yall will cause serious digestive issues in people if you keep this up. Chia seeds are not meant to be consumed dry, no matter how trendy it is to add chia seeds dry into Acai bowls. They need to be soaked in water or they will stick to your guts. This is really dangerous. I hope you can reconsider your recipes.

I really enjoyed the fast and convenience service açai affair provided during my experience. It’s such a good idea to be able to have an açai on the go compared to other stores. My interaction was with a girl with glasses at the store who was super friendly and even recommended me to get the nutty putty. Definitely would go again
