Waiting time took a while, but the staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming! The person who took my blood test was so sweet and professional. It did not hurt at all, and as compared to my previous experiences in different clinics, this was a thousand times better and there's no bruising after! It was such an overall great experience, I'm sad I forgot to take down their names to compliment them, but I'd definitely want to come back here again if I need any medical checkups!

They haven't submitted my visa yet, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The front counter were very effective but could be a little friendlier. Dr Irene was very good and a very easy person to talk to. I do feel that could be better clarity regarding the xray

I absolutely do NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. I went here for visa medical checkup and they screwed up the blood draw so badly that I could not bend my arm without pain for a day after. It has been 7 days since and my arm is still extremely bruised. Absolutely ridiculous given how visible my veins are and I’ve never had this issue before even with thicker needles. Personally I will never go back there again.

I walked in without appointments due to urgency. Thanks for very friendly, patient and efficient staff to arrange urgent checkup. Skilled nurse for collect blood samples, I don’t feel any pain. The place is strongly recommended for health examinations

Went there to do my medical check-up for the Australia 189 Permanent Residency Visa, and I have to say the service was impeccable. Despite all the negative reviews , everyone was super welcoming, and the whole process went smoothly without any issues. Huge thanks to the team for making it so easy, fast and efficient.

I never usually write reviews but I thought I should write this to be fair to Point. I was really very very apprehensive about coming here for my visa medicals and wanted to cancel and go to SATA, after reading all the negative 1 star reviews. But the entire process was actually very pleasant. Yes, they never pick up their calls but they are super efficient in replying via WhatsApp. The lady who made the booking for me was very friendly and she helped me make an urgent appt for the next day. When I reached, she already had the form printed out for me to sign etc. The other lady who took my blood pressure was also very kind as my BP was higher than usual (white coat syndrome) and she gave me the assurance that it'll be OK. The dr who attended to me (I think it's dr Irene) was lovely too. And she tried ways to calm me down and in the end my BP was normal. She also explained her observations clearly to me. So I really don't understand why they have 1 star reviews

I went there at Paragon for a medical check up because that was the nearest clinic from my office. The doctor was very kind during consultation, however, one of the girls sitting on the left side of the front desk as you enter was rude. She was just so cold all the time with a rude manner and I almost told her off about her attitude towards patients. Hey, if you are working there taking your salary from the clinic, go home and learn some manner how to talk to patients in a decent manner. You should not be in that field as an assistant, receptionist or whatever and dealing with people. I will never go to this clinic, ever again.

Review is for those required eMedical for AU or NZ visa application. Visited Paragon branch on Saturday to get Chest X-ray eMedical report for NZ visa application. Assure to me that if come by 8.30am, can be done All on the same day. This clinic doesn't have own facility of X-ray and refer to Radlink to take X-ray. I reached to clinic at 7.50am and X-ray was done at 9.10am. However Radlink told me that have to wait for 3 to 5 working days to submit my result. I had waited over the weekend and start chasing to Point on Monday afternoon. Point Medical twist tongue and told me that wait for 3 working days. After long argument with Point Medical, they submitted my result to NZ by 4.42pm on Monday. I brought my 3 kids and wife to SATA AMK branch for Full medical check up (HIV, Hepatitis B, C, Eye, Height & Weight, Doctor consultation etc) and X ray. Only Takes 45 mins for 4 pax and completed 4.30pm. For the younger 2 kids without blood test and X ray, they submitted eMedical to NZ and receive acknowledgement email before we reach home. For wife and eldest daughter (Blood test + X ray), I received acknowledgement email next day 8.52am. SATA AMK got full facility and plenty of staffs running so efficiently and no to reply on 3rd party X ray facility. Strongly suggest that DO NOT go to POINT MEDICAL if you need for oversea visa eMedical. Wasting your time and will vomit blood.

Staff and doctor were all very very nice and friendly. Don't let the low star rating deter you. My medical examination for visa was very smooth sailing and pleasent.

Made an appointment for family of 2A 1C for Aus visa medicals and it was a smooth experience! Although there were quite a few people for a Sat morning but the counter staff, nurses and doctors were all super lovely and the wait wasn’t too long. We finished everything quite quickly at the clinic and then went off to level 8 for the x rays. The staff made my toddler feel comfortable throughout. All in all, our whole family finished in around 2 hours :)
