I enjoyed their food very much. As someone who loves pizza, I highly recommend their pizza. They have amazing choices with their pizza flavors. Surprisingly when we visited, they are trying something new that's not on the menu. The pizza flavor is called Smoke Show. The manager recommended it while I looking through the menu. We ordered it and it didn't disappoint. They should be putting it in their menu pretty soon ;) The slice of their carrot cake is so generous, too. The three of us shared in that one slice. And it's really good. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and it's worth going back to!

Newly Renovated Toys R Us. Lots of varieties of toys. Quite big place. Many toys to choose from. Not very crowded

Came on Sunday and bought some toys, standard experience. Came back on Monday and bought another toy. Was surprise that i had to tie the box myself. Was presented with a ball of raffia string, i asked again if the staff could assist to tie for me, quote the staff "i would not tie for you". Hence i did tie it up myself, and actually used more than i should, i think. Good place to get a toy and lots (can get a whole ball) of free raffia string if u need

Shop has a large number of items. Reasonably priced items.

Congratulations on Toys”R”Us Paragon successful reopening.. Amazing store with plenty of toys displays.. Our family visited today with plans to pick up one of your reopening specials.. In the end, my daughter got not 1 but 2 Peppa Pig playsets.. We had enquired about another playset which had 2 different pricings.. Was pleasantly surprise when your staff suggested it’s your store’s responsibility to honour the lower price shown.. 🎄Christmas came 2x for my daughter today 🎄 A big thank you to all of you at the store 🙏🙏

I wasn’t satisfied with my experience at Paragon (10 Nov 2024 - around 3pm). Many items had no prices displayed and the cashiers seemed disinterested in helping us find out the prices. I also felt rushed during checkout, with no effort to make the experience more pleasant. I hope the service improves next time.

Been here a couple of times for birthday gift shopping but it’s the first time we had such great service from the staff here. Special shoutout to Bernice who was super kind and patient. She went above and beyond when we needed to wrap an irregular shaped toy by offering to show and teach us how it could be done! Wow, talk about great service! She was really kind and did so with a smile! We also had a payment issue with a gift card but she was incredibly patient and didn’t rush us. Really made our experience here an enjoyable one. Thank you!

(Swift is just my nickname, if you reply me I’m Sapphira.) Recently on last Thursday I went there and check if they still have Beyblades in stock before Beyblade X SG release. An random lady heard my conversation with my grandma and my godmom and she rudely yelled have to wait until November. I told her many times I know and yet in the end she touched me telling me to move in a weird manner, she didn’t even bother to ask me if she can touch me or not. Even yelled at me saying “Because I’m Malay and you Chinese is it?” in a rude manner, people should be nicer to customers and respect their own personal opinions, I went to Takashimaya instead and I was so damn disappointed.

Removed the gift wrapping service and then when I tried to wrap it myself quickly, because I was on the way to a children’s party, I was told that customers are not allowed to do it in the store and to stand outside to wrap the present. I just spent 300 and it will be the last 300 there for a while as I will shop elsewhere for Christmas.
