Usually the staff in asics are quite helpful in getting you the right shoes, but not this time. No one was assisting to get the right fit and right type of shoe for me yesterday.

August 2024 1. The Welcome Code & check out did not work; 2. Paragon Staff recommended Size Medium for socks - wrong size; 3. Customer Service at ION Store - "Sorry I can't the contact Paragon Store for you" 4. Email Customer Service - "Sorry I can't help you" 5.Called 3 days numerous times from KL ...no reply ______________________________________________________________ November 2025, came back to SG to change 1 pair of unworn socks :- 1. Excuse 1- We are too busy to pick up the phone, 3 customers in shop and one CS walking around whilst phone was ringing in the background (referring to why the phone was unattended in August) 2. Excuse 2 - "Oh we told you the wrong size is it ah" 3. Excuse 3 - "I didn't say the online pickle ball shoe was a similar cut (In August - try this pair to get online sizing correct!)" The shoe that was so called recommended gave me a black toe which required medical intervention - Great 4. Excuse 4 - Sure we can exchange the one pair which still had tag on. 45 minutes later, Carla (Store Manager) informed me in a condescending tone - "M'aaaaaam...I cannot promise to change it for hygiene purposes" - Drr - tags are still on. Final update - 10 & 11 November Carla called me on the 10th and said -" M'aaaammmmmmmm (again) good news, we can do the exchange" for the 1 sock and she repeated several times over the phone that "I'm" doing "YOU" a favour ..... trying my best not to sound whingy, this service level is unacceptable !!!!!!!! How is it my fault when the CS are recommending me the wrong sizes & cut, as it was first time at Asics! IN this case - the advice was wrong, causing the customer to have to deal with time wastage, atrocious customer service, condescending remarks, good money spent on pair of shoes and socks is simply ridiculous in a premium mall. Will never step into this store again

Did not make any purchase but was simply window shopping for new potential models and enquiring on technical aspects of certain foam and carbon plate technology. Appreciate the patience and professionalism of Nixon. Lovely knowledge of each shoe and he can really advise you accordingly based on running style, shoe type preference, and budget. Friendly attitude and willing to serve - thank you and will be back for purchase soon.

Very bad experience. When I went to the store, firstly the staff wasn’t even attentive and accommodating at all. When I request to try two shoes, she gave them to me, I tried it out and in the end it wasn’t suitable, she looked very unhappy. Looked agitated that I didn’t purchase it. Ridiculous, shouldn’t be working as a retail staff at a shoe co at all

Hello everyone, I bought this GEL-1130 on 20th of May from ASICS PARAGON shop. This is my first time purchase with this brand. I have seen a lot of good feedback on the brand. So I decide to try in store. I have to admit after 2 months of daily wearing. No running or any sports activities. The quality of the shoes is quite bad, which both shoes outside edges were worn out. Please see the highlighted photos for your reference. The entire shoes photos taken from top and bottom are also attached, in case you think I wear this shoes for crazy sports. Today I went to the store to ask about this issue. The store staff was very sure that the problem is with my wide feet. That this GEL-1130 is fashion shoes not for wide feet. So she thinks the wore out is normal. This information was not advised when I was trying the shoes. If I was told that wide feet should not wear this shoes. Then I certainly would not make this purchase. Secondly, the store staff told me even I bought the better model sports from ASICS, after 2 months the shoes will also wear out like this due to my wide feet. Lastly, she said there is nothing she can do, and she walked away straightaway. Well, I acknowledged that this is due to my feet problem. I will not choose this brand anymore. This is my honest experience with the brand and this store.

I want to give credit to Nur Fatin for her attentiveness in accessing my feet. She asked me to take off my shoe to walk n accessed tt I hv over pronation. I used to wear Kayano wide but the current wide range is too wide for my feet. She access all these n advice me to take the regular cut. She told me the Kayano 31 regular cut is bigger than my version 28. M travelling to Japan so I will b wearing thick socks. I told her I will bring my thick socks to try out the fit. She didn't not show black face or pushed me into buying. Like her attitude. Thank you Nur Fatin for your patience.

Purchased shoes from this location. Shoes started fraying in less than 1 month’s of usage. Sales staff here went into a tirade of what we shouldn’t be doing with the shoes. Even after we clarified that we had not used the shoes as what they said we shouldn’t, the sales staff continued their lecture. Honestly, it was boarder line gas lighting. There were more unpleasant experience with this location but highlighting the greatest dissatisfaction.
