Awesome friendly service from the staff there! Bought a very pretty pair of Sandals and they have a nice recycling bag too!

Was served by Mia, who was very friendly and accommodated to any questions and sizing requests really well! I’ve personally not purchased from prettyFIT for several years now, but it was nice to know that they now offer a really cute recyclable bag along with my purchase. I even got a complimentary pair of socks! I saw a tourist request for a “shoebag” which I requested for as well - it’s a really nice touch by the brand and provides more reason to bring along their shoe purchase overseas! Overall good quality shoes and amazing service.

Shoes are not durable. I got this in end Dec last year, and I wear this about once a week. The front of the ballerinas gave way last week week. Really disappointed with the quality of their shoes

Love the interior design and spacious display of shoes in this shoe shop! I was looking for a pair of white shoe for my girl and their friendly staff attended to our inquiry promptly & within a few minutes we got what we wanted :-) Keep up with your good working attitude, Alice!

The shoes work, especially if you just need a pair of shoes. The range is sufficiently wide, but don't expect outsized quality or design ranges from them. Prices are fair, for what it's worth. They remind me of a BATA, but for ladies. This store is located on the basement of Wisma Atria, en route between Orchard MRT and Ngee Ann City. It's next to the escalator. You'd easily miss them if you're walking fast, because they're not entirely attention attracting.

Went in because the shoes looks so pretty and got 2 pairs of Mary Janes looking shoes which goes so well with my dress~ I'm not one of white colours nor cute shoes but this store has so many varieties, it's very easy to find one I like~ The shoe sizes may be kinda limited but I managed to fit size 42/44 into size 40, so maybe its better to come down to try it. The service provided is so friendly, there's nothing to be afraid of~ Thank you especially to Ken, for being so nice and friendly, helping me with all my requests, searching the right shoes for me, expanding the shoe sizes and even to assisting with my damaged shoes. I had doubts on the shoes design and he explained and reassured me, it was both enlightening and comforting~ There was no hard sales, just reassurance, fast service and they truly take care of the customers to make sure that not only do you leave with a purchase you fancy (I was too shy to speak up when I was given the wrong shoe design but they noticed my facial expression immediately even though the store was quite busy) , you also leave with nice pictures taken with their mirror, especially the lighted one 🤭 Truly a delightful experience, I will be back❤️

Waste my money. Felt like I paid around 80$ just to make my feet pain.I bought a pair of sling back low heel. A strap at my ankle keeps dropping while walking and although I adjusted to make it tighter, it was all just pain & couldn’t even walk properly for 5mins distance! Very upset.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes here & 1 of it is for my wedding. You know how much of trust you have for that particular brand when you do that, because having a most comfortable nice shoes is extremely important for the most memorable day in your life. Things could go really well or really wrong. And that is the kind of trust level i have for pretty fit. Further plus point here is the customer service here is like you just bought shoes from a luxury brand (even some luxury brands have poor customer service), they call just to check on your purchase if you have any complaints or so after a week from the day you bought those shoes & I personally feel important on the way they treat customers. Definitely will come back for more & i have been spreading excellent review experiences to my family & friends! 😃

My daughter and I had a very enjoyable shoe shopping trip at Pretty Fit Wisma. Special thanks to Ken as he is super patient and helpful. He makes effort to recommend shoes base on our suitability as his product knowledge is very good. Overall we are impress with Ken and Wisma sales team's GREAT service, compare to the treatment we received from another outlet. We recalled it was so pressuring as they are simply impatient to our enquires and letting us try on few different shoes. Anyway we are very happy to chance upon Wisma outlet whereby their service vibe there are totally different and it really make our shopping experience such a pleasant one. We are pleased and had return back to make repeat purchase. We'll definitely recommend more friends and relatives to support Ken 👍👍👍

Bad customer service. Asked for a size 37, but was rudely told to try size 38 display shoe first. Not professional and made me uncomfortable during my visit to the physical store. Would probably visit another outlet instead of this one in particular. Go here if you are okay with bad service, the shoes are great but not the staff.
