Their dedication to customer service was evident in the way they promptly and generously resolved every issue I encountered. As I was on a tight schedule to leave Singapore, their swift and efficient actions made all the difference. They arranged replacements under warranty for several items, including the Shamir glasses and the Bolon portable glasses case-pouch, and kindly provided additional items: three Shamir microfiber cloths and one larger microfiber cloth. While the Bolon glasses frame was not replaced, it was carefully adjusted to resolve the concerns I had.
