I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for the excellent teamwork demonstrated by the team at Bolon, Wisma Atria—especially Patrick, Jaye, and Kay—for their unwavering support and professionalism from the very beginning before my purchase and throughout the after-sales process. Their dedication to customer service was evident in the way they promptly and generously resolved every issue I encountered. As I was on a tight schedule to leave Singapore, their swift and efficient actions made all the difference. They arranged replacements under warranty for several items, including the Shamir glasses and the Bolon portable glasses case-pouch, and kindly provided additional items: three Shamir microfiber cloths and one larger microfiber cloth. While the Bolon glasses frame was not replaced, it was carefully adjusted to resolve the concerns I had. For anyone who, like me, values quality, technical expertise, and reliable after-sales service, I can confidently say that Bolon at Wisma Atria stands out as a trustworthy and customer-focused establishment—based on my genuine and thoroughly positive experience.

A good experience that was served by Jane, who is very professional and she has found me a sunglasses that suitable for my face shape. Most times while I am searching for the right sunglasses, most sales personel are not good to suggest to me due to my face shape. I am happy to serve by her and would recommend anyone to visit to look for this lovely person.

Got my second pair of Bolon because it's super light weight and comfortable to wear. 👓 Also, the service is excellent! Jason and his colleagues helped customize my rimless glasses and was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He also shared very useful tips on how you to take care of our vision which I never heard elsewhere before. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I also received excellent service from Anthony (who has moved to Junction8 outlet) last year. Overall, a great experience and good-looking specs.

Fantastic shoes and service. In the past, if you wanted Aldens you had buy online, gamble with sizing, deal with shipping, taxes and such. So, it's lovely to have a brick and mortar store to try, choose and buy. The prices are competitive with Shoe Mart and the likes too. Finally, the wonderful service from Dewi and Wilson made all the difference. Thank you for your thoughtful advice and patience. Highly recommended.
