Shoes are not durable. I got this in end Dec last year, and I wear this about once a week. The front of the ballerinas gave way last week week. Really disappointed with the quality of their shoes

Waste my money. Felt like I paid around 80$ just to make my feet pain.I bought a pair of sling back low heel. A strap at my ankle keeps dropping while walking and although I adjusted to make it tighter, it was all just pain & couldn’t even walk properly for 5mins distance! Very upset.

Bad customer service. Asked for a size 37, but was rudely told to try size 38 display shoe first. Not professional and made me uncomfortable during my visit to the physical store. Would probably visit another outlet instead of this one in particular. Go here if you are okay with bad service, the shoes are great but not the staff.

I just bought my first pair of heels today at Pretty Fit (Wisma Atria). I took nearly an hour to decide, and Ken from the store helped me tremendously throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated his continued patience and willingness to help without making me feel rushed. Beyond that, Ken’s social skills are outstanding. he handled a group of boisterous and unruly customers who were after the same shoes I was trying on with grace and professionalism. It made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Overall, it was a great first experience, and I couldn’t be happier with both Ken’s service and my purchase.

Staff Nita is very sweet and professional. She’s sincere, helpful and attentive. She was looking out for potential customers and smiled to passer-by to greet and invite them into the shop, when the shop was empty and nearing closing hour. Great work ethics. I actually was deciding between pretty fit and another shop. But I chose to buy from here due to her professionalism.

The male staff was really helpful, I forgot his name!!! He was really helpful and patient as I tried on the sizes and styles. But thank you, I really love my two new pairs of footwear.

Went shoes shopping with my daughter.. spent some time at Isetan Scotts before coming here… We sat down and spent about an hour plus or so in the shop, trying many pairs of sandals.. and a big shout-out to Ken who went all out to provide great service. You can see that he is suitable in this line..he has passion to sell and serve. I own 2 pairs of Pretty fit sandals before.. one hardly wear as they were pink colour., another pairs was okay okay… We ended up buying 4 pairs, 2 pairs each.. I tried wearing these few days, so far so good… 3 pairs at $79.90 each and 1 at $83.90.. There is a promo, buy 2nd pair at $8 off… The design is beautiful., too bad they didn’t have at least 10% for members… anyway, there is 20% on your Birthday month..,

Went in because the shoes looks so pretty and got 2 pairs of Mary Janes looking shoes which goes so well with my dress~ I'm not one of white colours nor cute shoes but this store has so many varieties, it's very easy to find one I like~ The shoe sizes may be kinda limited but I managed to fit size 42/44 into size 40, so maybe its better to come down to try it. The service provided is so friendly, there's nothing to be afraid of~ Thank you especially to Ken, for being so nice and friendly, helping me with all my requests, searching the right shoes for me, expanding the shoe sizes and even to assisting with my damaged shoes. I had doubts on the shoes design and he explained and reassured me, it was both enlightening and comforting~ There was no hard sales, just reassurance, fast service and they truly take care of the customers to make sure that not only do you leave with a purchase you fancy (I was too shy to speak up when I was given the wrong shoe design but they noticed my facial expression immediately even though the store was quite busy) , you also leave with nice pictures taken with their mirror, especially the lighted one 🤭 Truly a delightful experience, I will be back❤️
