Went into the store wanting to just look around for engagement rings but ended up buying on the spot because of the elegant designs and excellent service!! I was served by Jack and he was very patient in explaining the different designs and sizes, never hesitating to show us rings with different variations and giving suggestions but never pushing too hard. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to, so I super super recommend him! I ended up also choosing a wedding band together with my partner because the matching with the engagement ring was impeccable! We bought our wedding rings here! Excellent service by Jacky, who was very attentive. He noticed immediately which rings caught our eyes, and was able to recommend similar more affordable ones. No hard selling at all. He even noticed which water we drank! Highly recommend :)
