Li Xin specifically was very helpful. She explains to me very patiently all that I needed to know. She did a very thorough eye check and made sure I was comfortable with the prescription.

Located along the underpass from Ion Orchard to Tangs Marriott, this Owndays is personally a little awkwardly placed. That said, it has what you need, a spectacles shop, with appropriate framing and lens support. Not the cheapest any more, especially without the promos that they used to run, and the quality they have. There are other better value ones if you are willing to find.

Got my Gentle Monster frames fitted with prescription lenses at OWNDAYS Orchard, and was assisted by Li Xin — she was such a gem! Incredibly patient and confident, she explained everything clearly and with such helpful pacing and tone. Even though I came in with my own frames, she made the whole process feel seamless and welcoming. Her professionalism, clarity, and calm energy really stood out. Awesome customer service from optician Priscilla. I came in looking for an updated pair of glasses and she informed me of the complimentary eye exam, throughout which she was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Subsequently when we found out that my prescription has not changed and my existing pair would suffice, there was no hardselling.

Came rushing in because I’ve been putting off buying bluelight glasses for months, but i had very sore eyes after work tonight and completely gave in. Spoke to Ms Swee Heong about my problems, and she was quick to show me the models they had off the shelf, anticipating that I wanted to have them ASAP. went to the raffles city outlet on her advice when I asked if they had other options and ended up circling back to ION because her pick was the very set I wanted😂 for such a small purchase, she handled my concerns really well. Hopefully I’ll be coming back to pick up a 2nd pair next month ❤️ thank you again!

Am leaving a bad review regarding HELLEN OOI. Went in for an adjustment, and she treated myself and the customer before me who was also getting his glasses adjusted with a bad attitude. I felt very rushed and did not feel comfortable asking for further adjustments.

Lester was really helpful. He changed my life by sharing how my glasses need to have my eyes centred and taught me how to choose spectacles moving forward. Great customer service!

Great experience serve by a guy name Chan on 16 Aug 25 , he is very patience and friendly . As I was in a hurry to work he assist me with my prescription fast and efficient. He even help me glue back my broken spec . The outlet atmosphere is very positive and welcoming .Both sales assistant is sincerely nice . As a customer I can feel it.Thats why I make a purchase.Great team at ion .
