Am leaving a bad review regarding HELLEN OOI. Went in for an adjustment, and she treated myself and the customer before me who was also getting his glasses adjusted with a bad attitude. I felt very rushed and did not feel comfortable asking for further adjustments.

Excellent service by the staff here at ION branch! Very helpful and friendly. Was just passing by (was intending to get a pair of specs somewhere else initially but got it here instead) Very pleased with not just the service but the value and speed as well!

Great experience serve by a guy name Chan on 16 Aug 25 , he is very patience and friendly . As I was in a hurry to work he assist me with my prescription fast and efficient. He even help me glue back my broken spec . The outlet atmosphere is very positive and welcoming .Both sales assistant is sincerely nice . As a customer I can feel it.Thats why I make a purchase.Great team at ion .
