I did not intend to have omakase but it was the weekend and the wait is 75 min. The greeter Boon was an amazing persuader and we decided to have omakase and what an experience! We were treated with such symphony of taste of different fishes and dishes. Our handsome chef Jeff (he requested for us to call him handsome 😆) mentioned that each chef can choose to come up with their specialty, and he had such good pairing of fish (which was of superb and fresh quality) that we were wowing throughout the dinner. The omakase is about 15 courses and each one is with such pleasant surprise - the price is about 198++ but totally worth it!
I recently visited Bacha Coffee at ION Orchard, located in Changi Airport, and had an exceptional experience. The shop itself is spacious and inviting, with a wide variety of coffee options to choose from. I opted for their chocolate-flavored coffee, which was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced, offering a sweet yet robust taste.
Alongside the coffee, I ordered four different types of croissants: raspberry, orange, chocolate, and kaya. Each one was an absolute delight! The croissants were fresh, flaky, and packed with flavor—especially the kaya, which offered a wonderfully unique and delicious twist.
One feature I particularly appreciated was their thoughtful coffee presentation. They served the black coffee with crystal sugar on a stick, which you could dissolve to your liking, and the cream came separately in a small box, adding a touch of elegance to the experience.
The shop is open 24 hours, which is fantastic for those needing a late-night coffee fix or a relaxing break during travel. Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur or just looking for a cozy spot to unwind, Bacha Coffee offers a fantastic experience with high-quality beverages and delicious pastries. Highly recommend!
First time here for tea time desserts and the experience was relatively good. Service was friendly too. Had to wait around 30 mins in the Q during a busy PH. The croissant and churros were a delight. Their coffee is on the stronger side though but there’s plenty of beans to choose from depending on your taste. Total bill came up to $62.35 SGD for 2 people. Worth to spoil yourself once in a while I guess! Will come again but will share a teapot next time.
Bacha Coffee in Singapore is more well-known among tourists than locals. I often stop by to purchase gifts, and when friends visit from abroad, I love taking them to the boutique for a refined coffee experience. The service and presentation are always excellent.
To be honest, I wouldn’t classify the coffee as specialty-grade, but it certainly offers a wonderful aroma and elegant experience. When I’m in Orchard in the morning, I sometimes stop by for a cup — weekday mornings are especially nice as it’s not too crowded, allowing me to fully enjoy the music and coffee aroma.
The staff are always friendly and attentive, which I truly appreciate. My favorite menu item is the 1910. As one of Singapore’s iconic brands, I hope Bacha Coffee continues to maintain its high-quality service. Thank you.
We had a lovely lunch at Bacha. My beef cheek was tender and full of flavour, and the Wagyu sandwich was delicious too, quality ingredients all around. Special shoutout to Mohamed, the coffee expert from Marrakech, who served us like a pro. He’s the same gentleman featured in the Bacha Coffee book, it truly felt like he walked right out of the pages.

beware of price:
1. one pot (Paraiso Gold Coffee) can cost you $389++
2. once seated, they ask you if you want a pot of water. upon checking, it is $10++
note: if you're having to drink and eat in, dress like queen and king, else you will be treated as peasants paying to see the staff bad attitude, and downturned lips AND looked down on you kind of Service
coffee taste diluted with no notes. ordered ice coffee and is served with make your own syrup ans whip cream. whip cream does not dissolve properly, ended up in lumps in the coffee. ice cubes=almost non-existent
2 star is saved by a staff called ms grace; would like to commend her on her service. not only she take the time to explain and share clearly without giving any attitude, she also helped to wash the straw and wrapped it as a gift without asking.
otherwise would like to give 0 stars for everything if not for ms grace saving grace
chairs from a distance looks nice but disappointing close up due to stains on all chairs
They don’t let you do take out coffee here,
You have stand in a long line to get seated to be able to order coffee. You have to go to another mall to get get coffee to go. Branding, store display, presentation, packaging are all 10/10. We ordered pastries, and they were good, but not as delicious or authentic as you would expect from a patisserie.
My first experience dining in at Bacha did not disappoint! My parents absolutely loved the coffee in our hotel, so we decided to visit and dine in as it was so renowned.
Walked away with some gifts for them, which they thoroughly enjoyed and we’ll be sure to visit the next time we’re there.
Absolutely perfection, with so many beautiful details making the everyday cup a ritual in itself!
The view and scenery were truly beautiful and relaxing. However, I was disappointed with the coffee. I tried the Singaporean coffee at the airport, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. The flavor was very average — not sweet, not sour, just flat. Even after adding sugar (they provided cream on the side), it still tasted like a plain American
3rd visit: take out post!
Bought 2 mushroom crossiants and reheated in the oven at home and added some sides. So so yummy when reheated!!! I will need to get more variety the next time!
2nd visit: breakfast post!
Super love the mushroom crossiant, savoury and good taste leaves me wanting more! The dressing for the side salad is very good as well, just about the right amount of balsamic mixture! Will be back for more! Thank you!
1st visit: Impeccable service by the entire team. Always a pleasure to dine at Bacha coffee. They serve a wide range of coffee so it’s always so fun to order a different one to try each time. And I can’t stress enough that they have the best kaya crossiants!
