Great experience, attentive staff. Got a pleasant surprise for Birthday with complimentary macarons Yummy main course, desserts and tea.

Extremely disappointed with both the product and the service. I received two cans of TWG Tea Gummies that were partially melted, even though they were sealed and stored in a cool, dry place. The expiry date is still months away, yet the condition was clearly unacceptable for a premium product. When I raised the issue with the merchant and provided photo evidence, they simply blamed it on humidity and insisted there was nothing they could do. No apology, no accountability — just a complete dismissal of responsibility. For a brand that markets itself as high-end, this experience was anything but. Poor quality control and even poorer customer service. I won’t be purchasing again and would advise others to think twice.

I went to TWG Tea at ION Orchard just to visit the store, and was warmly welcomed by Zeus. Later, Chloe and Linda provided such kind and attentive service that my visit turned into something truly special. I not only bought tea but also enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea. Exceptional staff, experience and hospitality!

Ordered the Parisian set and tea ice cream. The high tea was all beautifully presented. The selection of teas is impressive. The vanilla orange cake was a refreshing and delightful treat. The orange taste was subtle and not overpowering. The salmon rillettes mini sandwich and truffle croque were really really tasty. They have a booklet to describe the taste of the tea. Each teapot can pour about 4cups of tea. One thing I don’t understand is that why they require at least one member of the group to stand in line, even after they've already taken the name and party size. I would expect a higher level of service, like a phone call. It’s frustrating because it seems to contradict the premium, seamless experience that one would typically associate with high-end places like a luxury tea room.

It is my favourite place to go,whenever I have my friends family...girls visiting. Love going to twg. The tea,the food the ambience make such a beautiful setting for catching up. I have been to the place 20times now and ove their teas...even though I am not a tea coffee person. But i still enjoy it. Love the high tea and the delicious appetisers on the menu. The desserts,scones eclairs are all just so yummy. Cant wait to go back again.

Located inside shopping center or mall. It's a British tea house with many varieties of international teas and flavors. Nice decors with luxury looking settings. It's expensive! Indoor seatings. Service is OK, accept cards or touches payments. Tight and steps settings with no accessible

Came with my family (with a 10year old) to celebrate dad's birthday! My mom whom had done the booking, said she was lucky to have booked this even 3 weeks in advance>< Tl;Dr, Pretty place, great service, great food! It was my first visit here, and among all the dishes, the ones that stood out to me were the Braised Hamachi & Seasonal Hamachi (i usually don't order this fish👉👈). The uni that was served on the sashimi was really sweet and light, 0 fishiness whatsoever, perfect for people who can't stand the heaviness of uni. Sashimi platter was superb, everything so fresh – firm flesh, no stench, nice selection, an even knifework. The aged bonito was interesting, definitely an acquired taste as its iron-forward, with a very slight tinge of acidity. Mirin boshi: straight up reminded us of chinese pork jerky (bahkwa/肉干) with its texture, smokiness and sweet savoury taste, but its fish😲 7.8/10 Also a feedback from mom(previously visited): Get the grilled beef tenderloin instead of the Grilled Wagyu Ribeye. Wagyu is pretty standard, not the best ones she's had, so if you're just looking for a quick beef snack, the tenderloin will suffice👍🏻 It comes on a bed of onion, with sweet soy sauce. Simple but well made:) Ebi fry was good too, they used large sweet shrimps for it so it had a light crunchy exterior and a soft, tender core. 9/10 Kaki(Oyster) Fry was decent too. You couldn't taste any fishiness/brininess from the oysters. It wasn't dry as well, so its good for people who don't like the raw ones (not me tho😋) 7.5/10 Grilled Crab Miso that came with toasty crustless bread😆 It has a strong crabby fishiness that not everyone can accept. But for those who enjoy eating the crab guts, this is a must order 📝 8/10 Service was great as well!!! We brought our own cakes in and they were helpful in trying to light our candles up. We had some questions on certain things and they tended to us without rushing off, even though it was reallly busy. Do rmb to make reservations way in advance 👍🏻

There is a QR code to scan at the entrance of the restaurant for a queue number. Seating area is quite large so the wait isn’t long. Service is efficient but somewhat distant. Sushi and sashimi come out quite quickly while the cooked food takes a while. Would be back again if there isn’t a queue, otherwise there’s many other food options within the building.

Came for omakase lunch, served by Chef Kit and pretty waitress, Teng! Had a very pleasant experience. Setting was very cozy, the food was fresh and delicious. Even had a little surprise as it was my birthday 🥹 enjoyed my experience here and will be back again!!

I had great experience dining in here. The sashimi was very fresh and the chef did great introduction everytime I had a new dish. I think the menu I had was great value but a bit too much for me. When I come back next time I will definitely go back and take a smaller menu :-) Staff were friendly and recommended me great sake
