Would like to commend Mr Kelvin Mo for outstanding service experience on 29 Sept around 6:20pm. I was looking for the 991v2 at Paragon NB earlier where I was told they were sold out islandwide and introduced to another model which I bought. I then walked into the New Balance shop and Ion and immediately saw the 991v2 in both of the colorways that I previously asked for on display. Kelvin was quick to serve and told me he would be happy to process and exchange for me. Kelvin quickly realized that their outlet didn’t carry my size. He showed tremendous care in his customer service and also dedication to team spirit. He chose to let me buy the shoes from another branch (which he very meticulously arranged to reserve in various sizes so I could try for best fit) despite the fact his outlet would lose a sale. I cannot commend Kelvin and his colleague (a Chinese lady, presumably the manager) for their dedication to customer service. I sincerely hope that the management or people of influence in New Balance can see this review and recognize the strong effect these 2 employees had in creating a lasting impression. Cheers
