Cute items but atrocious customer service. Didn’t end up buying anything solely due to the two blacked face staff who were chatting among themselves and ignored customers. They clearly hate working there. Why?

Bad experience shopping in this shop. 1 rude staff with long hair nvr tied up. Their shop on promo now. My mum and i look around their shop choosing 3 bags. Considering which to buy n more convenient bring to work. We choose 3 was promo price. I trying few bags while my mum sat there wait for me. My mum saw a leather bag n see n check the inner compartment n check the price. The rude staff just grab away the bag said this not under promotion. Nobody asked her is it got promotion for this. What's the service abt this. behave like a snob under her own perception horrible n rude staff. 🤬🤬🤬

I visited this outlet to look at their collection. The Malay lady who attended to us was nice and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the other staff member, a male, was unapproachable and his service was unpleasant. I understand that everyone has bad days, but working in retail means providing consistent and professional service. If someone can’t maintain that standard, perhaps it’s time for them to reconsider their job .
