I’d like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Vannie Lee, the sales assistant at Shu Uemura, Ion Orchard. Despite knowing I was there simply to request samples, she went above and beyond with her service. Vannie was incredibly kind, patient, and professional—taking the time to explain the products thoroughly without any hint of hesitation or judgment. Her warm and welcoming attitude left a lasting impression and made my visit truly pleasant. It’s rare to encounter such genuine customer care, and I feel she truly deserves recognition.

Not sure why, but their rose gold plated earrings tarnish faster than other similar places I bought, despite taking similar precautions for the care of these items. Their designs and staff are wonderful, but I would rather purchase from the other places I have been buying from instead, because their brass plated rose gold seems to be more durable, with competitive prices

Compared to the Somerset outlet which has really unfriendly and unapproachable staff, the Ion branch staff are very helpful and approachable. Very impressed with how their jewellery do not seem to tarnish at all, and their designs are so beautiful.

Just visited the outlet at Ion Orchard. Intention is to get myself a ring. I was welcomed by Juliah when I was at the entrance. Very patient & attentive to my needs. She has the initiative to propose what suits me nicer😊 She is also very kind to remind me I have unredeemed points too. End up I bought another pair of earrings. Very pleasant experience. Will come back for more😉

amazing customer service I experienced at the Invite Only store at Ion this afternoon. There was a lady called Penny who went above and beyond to assist me. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all my questions with a smile on her face. Really impressed with her attention to detail and I appreciate how she made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It's rare to find such exceptional service these days. She made my shopping experience a real pleasure and I'll definitely be returning soon!

Leaving a review to thank the male shop assistant who assisted me during my visit at the ION store around noon on 7 Sep (sorry I didn’t get your name!). So obliging, knew his stuff, and assisted with a smile even though I didn’t end up purchasing anything. By Invite Only is lucky to have such a shop assistant.

Emily (staff-on-shift at the ION branch ) was extremely patient, approachable & helpful. I had taken some time to look around the shop as I was purchasing gifts for a few friends - she did not rush me, allowed me to look around. She was very cheerful to assist when I was ready to purchase the items, was very careful to check through my orders again & readily answered all my questions. Thank you for making it such a pleasant shopping experience for me! :)

Item was damaged less than 1 month after purchase and no refund only store credit ridiculous

Apart from how comfortable I feel wearing the hypoallergenic earrings, I love the very personalised service both in-store and online. I have experienced great service from the attendants during all my visits at the ION outlet. What got me motivated to leave a review was because I received tremendous help from their online CSO, Benedicta, to get a replacement for one side of my beautiful huggies which I unfortunately misplaced. I made the enquiry with low expectations but was surprised that I could actually purchase a side instead of a pair, and I was sent a video of what I would receive along with dedicated assistance in ensuring I can use my loyalty discounts. The pearls differ a little in colour as expected but you would not be able to tell once I put them on. Thank you ❤❤❤

Amazing customer service by Emily at Ion. She was extremely patient and was attentive to my needs and recommended and advised the best jewellery. It felt very personalised. Spent >$180 as the items were all so lovely. Thank you!
