All staff are so friendly & patient. The lady even go all way out to get a new frame from another outlet even though is her meal time. Well appreciate it !

She helped repair my broken sunglasses and also assisted me in selecting a new pair that suited me perfectly. Her attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. Me and a friend initially went to Ion outlet but shop was small and the staff was busy, so we walk over to Taka outlet, which was bigger and lesser crowd. When we walk into the shop, Jane came over to assist us. Firstly she told us that they are having a national day sale. Then when we were looking around, she started to ask our preference and slowly introduce and explaining every details to us. She was very friendly, patience and serve us almost till the shop closing time. End up I bought a pair of Sunglass and my friend bought a pair of specs using the national day promotion. If I were to make an extra pairs of glasses, I'll definitely come back here again. I'll also recommend to my friend to go there as he was looking to do new pair of glasses.

Juno Song may be new, but she is an absolute gem! She serves from the heart, and you can truly feel it in the way she takes care of her clients. Juno made the whole experience of choosing spectacles so comfortable and enjoyable — her warm smile and attentive nature immediately put us (my parents and I )at ease. Despite being new, she has a remarkable eye for picking out the perfect frames to match each individual. It is like she knows exactly what suits you even before you do! My husband and I were served by Juno Song during our visit there on a Sunday afternoon. She was very knowledgeable about the industry and shared very good recommendations to us. She is very well spoken and didn’t push us to buy anything on the spot. We will definitely come back to look for her if we are getting anything from Owndays.

Staff is great, service is excellent, no complaints about them. My issue is with the reliability of their frames. My frame broke twice, within a period of 5-6 months of each other. Replacement frame may be offered at a discount but this is the first time in my life of wearing specs for nearly 40 years where I had my spectacle frames broke so fast. Might as well charge a subscription fee to be renewed every 6 months if that is how short their frames is gonna last.

all the staffs were friendly and good atmosphere. especially Juno, who was with us every step of the way. she was helpful, friendly, professional and just positive vibes~ even when we came back to adjust our specs, she helped us with so much friendliness and professionalism; making sure we were well taken care of and satisfied.
