Journey tsen was very rude and irresponsible. When I resign and ask for my salary. It took more than 7 days. When I ask him why so long. As MOM regulation is within 7 days. He said to me that if I’m not happy. I can always go to MOM TO complain. BEWARE THIS IS A GANGSTER AGENCY

On the past few days of me trying to apply for a job from her and she kept on leaving me on seen and unresponsive, kept saying she has a job for me and when i tried to apply she kept ignoring me. Thank You Nicholas On 29 September 2025, my fiancée and I arrived early for dinner with my family at Takashimaya. We decided to walk into The Hour Glass; my first time stepping into the boutique. Honestly, I had always avoided going in, thinking it was never the “right time” or “right reason.” We were greeted by Nicholas, who made the whole experience comfortable from the start. I asked to try the Datejust 36 and 41, and he brought them out without hesitation, taking the time to chat with us about the pieces. I mentioned I was looking for a watch to celebrate a personal milestone and had browsed around but hadn’t found the right one. Nicholas suggested the Explorer 1, which I tried, though the Datejust was still the watch I was drawn to. At some point, I shared that it was my 31st birthday that day. I wasn’t expecting anything; we simply continued the conversation. He mentioned he might have an Explorer 1 available and went to check. When he returned, he had a “white-faced” piece in a box. “Not sure how you’d feel about this?” To my surprise, it was a Datejust 41, Smooth Bezel, Oyster Bracelet. I didn’t know whether to cry or be excited. Once I tried it on, any reservations I had about the 41mm size disappeared. The Explorer 1 was no longer in question; this was it. As someone with no prior purchase history, I never expected to be allocated a piece on my first visit; let alone on my birthday. When my mum arrived, she couldn’t help but ask, “Any discount?” probably the next best moment of the day. Nicholas handled the rest with the same care. He resized the watch, explained how to set and adjust it, prepared the box, and finally handed me the card dated with my 31st birthday. It was a memorable experience; a very special way to mark this milestone. Thank you, Nicholas, for making my first Rolex purchase such a meaningful one.

Just had a great experience at The Hour Glass Takashimaya! Raymond was fantastic — very chill, approachable, and knowledgeable. He made the whole process of buying my Rolex smooth and enjoyable, with no pressure at all. Really appreciate his genuine attitude and professionalism. Today was my father's birthday and after tuition he picked me and my brother to meet my mother at Takashimaya. At first, I thought we would go to some fancy dinner place and enjoy the night but instead we arrived at a watch store, Uncle Desmond offered him a limited edition watch and he started observing the watch carefully. When father decided to buy that watch, he was on cloud nine and even a huge grin was plastered across his face. Before we leave the store Uncle Desmond recommended us a sushi restaurant and even gave us many chocolates! It was a very memorable day for my family and I.
