Staff is great, service is excellent, no complaints about them.
My issue is with the reliability of their frames. My frame broke twice, within a period of 5-6 months of each other. Replacement frame may be offered at a discount but this is the first time in my life of wearing specs for nearly 40 years where I had my spectacle frames broke so fast.
Might as well charge a subscription fee to be renewed every 6 months if that is how short their frames is gonna last.

I really wanted to like this place - but:
(1) Very limited sunglasses selection
(2) Poor quality lenses by default. Polarised option is $198 (advertised online at $100)
(3) below average service. The only clear explanation we got was why they would charge more for polarised lenses on sunglasses, not whether a pair might fit, or styling suggestions.
Everything about this concept is great - a Japanese Warby Parker - but the execution is appalling.
