Amazing service! I just went in to fix the my specs bc it was loose on the sides. Staff came and did it quickly. He also changed the nose pad for me. Thank you for this! :)) 5 star service. Didnt ask for his name tho

Fantastic service ! Grace Chia gave superb customer service & went above & beyond. She looked for a replacement clip on lens for me & miraculously found one. And she offered to clean & replace my partner’s nose pads. Bravo Grace 👏 Keep up the great work …

Amazing experience! I forgot to bring my lenses during travel and I got my eyes checked by the team, and served with a fresh pair in less than 15 mins. Thank you Owndays team!

Great service at the Takashimaya outlet! The staff were friendly and gave good advice on which frame suited me best. Managed to get my specs on the same day too — fast and fuss-free!

grace was beyond helpful and accomodating 🥺 there was some issue with the lens that had to be adjusted, and she offered to mail it overseas (them covering the cost) if it is not ready by the time i leave sg. thankfully it was ready :") nonetheless, i highly recommend this location🙂‍↕️ …
