Staff was unfriendly, not welcoming and unhelpful. The shop was empty when I visited (7pm). Was there to purchase but decided not to buy anything. Such a pity the products looks good. Better off buying from UK site and ship in.

Wasn’t expecting to post a review so I didn’t take pictures, but the experience really deserves a 1-star. Bought the Remedies to Roll set of 4 as Christmas gifts and 1 of the 4 rollers was spoilt and detached. Both my friend and I tried multiple times to recap using force, it still couldn’t work . The other 3 didn't have this issue so it was a clearly a manufacturing defect. Brought the item for exchange at the Ngee Ann store and the staff was reluctant to do an exchange and even forcing the ball bearing back, explaining that you’ll have to “press very very hard” to reattach it. I still wanted an exchange since there was a chance of this happening again and I wasn’t going to accept a defective product, much less gift this to a friend. What ensued was a 15-min text exchange between the staff and her off-duty supervisor, insisting that they will not honour an exchange, even asking me to leave my contact number. I stood my ground and they finally relented. When the staff finally took a new piece from the shelf, I opened it to check and guess what? The ball bearing was DETACHED AND STUCK TO THE CAP lol! Only the 2nd roller she took, did it work as expected. I must be either really unlucky, or this is a batch problem. The whole time the staff kept muttering and insinuating that this is the norm and is to be expected. WOW, just wow. Was a fan of the brand and now I’m not so sure. Their products are great, IF it works lol. Apparently there are also other reviews of spoilt caps and exchange denials. Are we just all unlucky or there’s an issue here? Go figure.

I visited Tangs Neal Yard Remedies last week due to spoilt cap and oil has leaked out, I hope to get a replacement, the staff at Tangs was clueless and kept informing me this is first time she saw a spoilt cap, and purchase made after 2 weeks cannot exchange. I purchased in early Sep and it was slightly over 2 weeks, I asked for replacement bottle to pour over as the oil was leaking - and the staff has no idea and very reluctant to offer solutions as her manager was unreachable. The whole saga ended when I visited Ngee Ann City branch to seek assistance and the staff was very helpful and replaced a new bottle for me. I have been buying Neal Yard Remedies for years and it was the worst experience at Tangs branch. The staff at Ngee Ann City and Great World City and UK branch staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

Knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful staff are so hard to come by. Neal's Yard stands out - products are excellent, and exemplary staff like Michelle, who is patient and can read the room and anticipate customers' needs, makes a visit to this store such a pleasant experience. Keep it up!

Walked in during their Christmas Sale, lots of products that suits me. I like their friendly staff and the shop is conveniently located near the entrance. Nice!

One of the worst customer service experience I have had in Singapore. Rude gentleman in this store. I asked them to kindly fix a bracelet which the little stone had fallen off (only after 1 year). I was offered no solution to my surprise and received a very rude reply from this manager, who obviously has no idea what politeness and customer service is. What a huge difference to the Ion store !!!!

Didn’t have a good experience with them! Initially it was okay, the staff was nice - I went to repair my bag, I gave my bag to them as the strap (it’s a cross body bag) and they gave me a receipt which stated the repairs will be only $60. After that it took them a while to get back to me and when they did, they told me there’s been a mistake it’s actually $120 as there are more damages which we clearly stated we didn’t want to change for now but said okay. Then a few days after they texted again saying it’ll be $200 and when we said no as we bought the bag for that price, might as well buy a new one - they said they’ll make the changes for $60 instead. 3 months went by and they never fixed it so we never got out bag fixed?? Ridiculous!
