Love the pandan gula melaka roll with jellies. The colour is a bit too intense and artificial but the flavour was really well balanced and not too sweet. The rolls are made fresh on the day according to the staff and must be consumed within 3 days of purchase (but it’s really +2 days from date of purchase).

:) i have always loved their pandan gula melaka swiss roll and pandan chiffon cake. Omg they sell the swiss rolls in slices now.. woohoo! Dined it since i had some spare time... Flavour: still awesome. Maybeeeee because its already cut and on display in the fridge, the rolls-portion is not as moist. I would order it again but would prefer to buy the rolls itself next time. :)

I bought the pandan roll today and was so disappointed and surprised they would serve it like this.. the quality has gone down hill. The cream in the centre looked weird, tasteless was not great and only a third of the amount of the usual. The sponge is wet and looked as though not risen. They should not serve their pandan rolls if (i am guessing) the batch doesnt meet the usual standard. See the photos..

They are a shop situation outside of Taka's food market. Across the popcorn and along the row of Innisfree. Love the pandan roll. It's not overly sweet, and the cream was light and tasty. The jellies inside was a nice touch. One icepack is given and pandan roll should be refrigerated within 2 hours of purchase. 20% promo at the moment

This is so good! Not too sweet and $2 plus for this beautiful Swiss roll. Way better than overpriced bread talk bun n cakes and so many other bakeries. It’s amazing and I hope they will maintain their price for way exceptional quality cakes!

This Japanese-style chiffon cake @dulcetnstudio is my family’s all time favourite pandan cake, simply because of its moist, soft and fluffy texture with a delightful fragrant from freshly-squeezed pandan juice.

Hesitated to write a review but I felt that others should know what to expect of their poor customer service if you want to buy from this outlet. Went there last december to buy a few Tshirts, so I asked for a bigger size since the one on display was too small. staff said he would serve us after he finished serving the first customer. After serving the first customer, he jumped and helped the customers AFTER us. Disappointing and outrageous, and their attitude towards us was so disrespectful too. On top of that, there were at least THREE staff that were there that saw us trying to purchase something, yet they all turned a blind eye. I wasted 15 precious minutes just waiting for NOTHING. You should send your staff for a proper customer service course. This is so disappointing, you may as well go to wet market to buy clothes with this kind of customer service.

The staff here really one of the worst. Obviously the display shirt is not the right size for my husband, but the staff just does not care and said ‘you try first’ - not even bring the larger size.

Kudos to Boon Seng and Eric! I bought the Jackets Package after a wonderful experience and great service at Benjamin Barker at Nee Ann City Outlet. They are very insightful to details, share their thoughts with me and have good range of colours and materials at this outlet. I will return again !
