Amazing service by Ms Lin Yang and Ms Emma ❤️ Gave a few of my requirements and they know just the right one to recommend that fits all my requirements. They are very knowledgeable about the products and having the foresight on how to pair the different bags with different lifestyle and age group has truly saved me a lot of time and really enhanced the shopping experience. Their professionalism sets this store apart from other Kate Spade outlets. Super happy with my purchases and the shopping experience, will definitely be back again!

The sales lady was very nice and helpfull. Unfortunatelly i forgot her name so sorry :( She was Indian-Malay. She understand what i need without forcing me to buy. She explained the product very well and very patient. She gave me 2 bottles of water as well. It was a great experience to shop even in a small branch. Thanks 🫶🏻

Bad attitude of the store manager,a Chinese lady who obviously does not know basic customer etiquette and curry favour which customer she wants to interact with and even after my purchase of $400 worth of handbag, not even a mere word of thanks from that woman!Like seriously?!Never stepping into this store ever again!
