Love the purple potato ice latte! Didn't like the mochi as i thought it would be flavoured kind. Bookshop is clean and neat, staffs are helpful and friendly They have lots of story books in chinese version such as the little prince, harry potter, etc.., good for those who would like to read stories in mandarin! Purchased some chinese books and got $8 off the next visit

I feel the Zall Bookstore is so underrated. They have a huge galore of books (mostly Chinese) but they have super cute stuff too. Love to come here once in awhile to check them out. I hope they’ll survive as many bookstores face the unfortunate fate of having to shut down.

​As a tourist visiting Singapore, I wasn't expecting to find a long-term solution for my scalp issues, but my trial at Papilla by Kim Lim on 16Aug changed everything. ​From the moment I stepped in, the service was exceptional. I met with my scalp therapist Zaxx, and consultant Kev. I was transparent with them about being a tourist and just wanting to experience the trial, not necessarily commit to anything more. Instead of being deterred, they were both incredibly attentive and genuinely keen to help. ​What truly impressed me was their deep knowledge and the advanced hair and scalp treatment technology. Zaxx explained every step of the process with clarity, while Kev provided a comprehensive consultation. They didn't just sell me a product , they educated me on my scalp conditions and what a proper scalp health journey looks like. ​The results from a single session were noticeable and the quality of their service solidified my decision. I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing a multi-session credit package for both my hair and scalp. I'm now committed to travelling from JB for my treatments, which speaks volumes about the standard they maintain. ​To anyone struggling to find the right scalp care specialist, I highly recommend Papilla by Kim Lim. Have been with Papila since their Nex outlet, followed them to the Taka outlet, and now to their beautiful space at Wheelock. It's been an amazing journey watching get better and better, with the experience and outlet facilities. Each visit is not just about scalp care — it's an experience. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and always make me feel comfortable. I've seen a real improvement in my some of my hair loss area, which speaks volumes about the effectiveness of their treatments. Definitely one of my go to places for much needed self-care. Got to say really love their Wheelock outlet now!

Updated as of 29th July: Got a call to ask for my details to start the refund process, although they originally said I would see the refund in my bank by the end of the month. Updated as of 14th July: Admin fee now reduced to 10% of the package. Note that even though the cancellation was done within the 7-day cooling period, there will still be this charge. Updated as of 13th July: I did get a reply. After 3 weeks, I was told they could process the cancellation, but it would come with an admin fee charge of 20% of the package. This was not made clear in the contract signed. Future customers be aware. Visited for a trial session on 16th June. I can only echo what other low reviews mentioned - staffs recommended various packages of $6000 to $15000 and even signalled an OK sign to other colleagues at the reception after closing my deposit. I had initial trust in the technology and thought it would help my condition. Unfortunately, a few days after the trial, I began experiencing itching at the front of my scalp and had a huge increase in hair fall, particularly on the 3rd to 5th day post-treatment. These reactions caused me concern and discomfort, and I had requested to discontinue any further sessions. It has been 3 weeks since. I have not received any follow-up, and I am getting worried that my money will not be returned. I'm posting this review up here in hopes of getting an update. For context, I visited the outlet and spoke with other staff members on the 5th, 6th, and 7th days post treatment to raise my concerns. There were no attempts to check on the condition of my scalp. One staff member said she didn't believe I had more hair fall and that I should still continue. My consultant even called on a different day with the same message. I was appalled with the lack of service recovery and responses and requested to cancel the package. Over the several times I went down, I was turned away and asked to go home to wait for a follow up. 3 emails were also sent. Despite these efforts, I have not seen any resolution.

Have been to papilla for 6 sessions. I specially love the head massage and the service. This place really gave me a safe space to relax and communicate with the therapist (Bebe) and consultant (Yumi). From the services I engaged (nad+ and sep), there were results on my hair growth and thickness of hair.

I recently visited Papilla Hair for a haircut and had a great experience! I had previously thought they only offered hair treatments, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out they also provide haircut services. The whole process was smooth, and I walked out feeling fresh and confident. Have been going to Papilla hair for almost 2 years for hair loss and thinning. After a few months of treatment, I can see good result, hair loss is controlled and new hair is growing back. Now I go regularly for maintenance or just to enjoy a relaxing time. Therapist are all very nice and attentive, the place is comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended.
