The spa is beautiful and peaceful. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, making me feel completely at ease. My massage was done by Hariana and she paid very close attention to my needs and was an excellent masseuse. Overall , a very lovely experience and I have left feeling calm and relaxed , my tensions having melted away. I hope to be back on my next visit to Singapore ♥️.

Went in for a facial session today, here’s my review. Pros: My beautician Agnes was very good with facial massages, did not hard sell me, and is able to recommend me the appropriate facial to take. Especially love the hot towel at the end to close it off. Would have been 5 stars if it ended here. Cons: 1. I had a voucher which was bought with cash, without any discount. However, i was told as a first timer i could not redeem the 30% off my facial if i used the vouchers. A heads up for anyone wanting to buy vouchers, you’re better off giving cash to the person instead if they want to redeem the promo. 2. There was a package that you can buy $1500 and get 50% facials from Mon-Thu. The receptionist (with braces) could not properly explain to me how the calculation was being done and gave the vibe of “it’s that simple what don’t you understand”. In the end I figured out the prices for facials probably already included GST (package price shown is without GST). In fact, it seems i got charged an additional 2 cents. I was tempted to sign the package but the unclear breakdown and unhelpful attitude ultimately dissuaded me. Hopefully Spa Espirit can take this feedback as it would help provide a clearer picture to future customers who want to purchase the package.

the massage and ambience is nice. however beware of the UOB birthday offer. the counter staff demanded i open up my email and read out to her the offer. Honestly if you are giving me a birthday treat, just do so and really make my day. otherwise don't bother having any tie up with any bank cards. I would have wanted to go back for another massage but due to the unpleasantness of sorting out the birthday offer, I would not do so. There are many other massage spas with equally good massages.

Have used their toilet paper for years and recommended it to friends and family, even advocating that it is the only toilet paper I will buy. Have been happy until the latest batch - it seems that they have significantly reduced the amount that you get (can see from the pictures the rolls are much smaller now)

I have been to the store many times and every time Jess has been very helpful. She is always cheerful, attentive, gives clear advice and helps me choose products, especially the blankets in the store are very good. Thanks to the quality of the products and the attitude of the staff, I have recommended her to many friends.

The new female employee with glasses who started working this year is very unfriendly. She always looks like she doesn’t want to be there, and whenever a customer asks her something, she repeatedly ignores them and only responds reluctantly, often glaring as if annoyed. Even though the store isn’t particularly busy, this employee consistently shows irritation and treats customers rudely, which makes me not want to visit anymore.

My wife and me had a very pleasant shopping experience at Iuiga Wheelock Place store this evening around 8.30 pm. We were attended to by Jess, who was very professional, polite and patient with our purchase of 2 luggages and 1 food cover. We appreciate her very good service with a nice dose of humour. Thank you once again, Jess. 😊

I’d like to give a huge compliment to Jess, the store in charge at Iuiga, Wheelock Place. She was incredibly professional, friendly and patient — when there was only one piece of the item left, she went the extra mile to check the stock and even helped me register as a member so I could enjoy additional savings on the last piece. I wasn’t having a great day today, but Jess’s kindness and professionalism truly turned it around. Thank you for making my day, Jess! Definitely coming back to Iuiga Wheelock because of you 💛

My goto place for durable households items. I mean, a bathroom rack that I bought years ago is still sturdy, modern and as new as I bought it yesterday. Similar things I buy from other local stores would have broken by now.
