An extremely enjoyable experience. Staffs are very prompt and polite+ doctors are knowledgeable about the best market practises. Unlike other aesthetic clinics, I never felt being pressured to sign packages - something extremely lacking in this industry. Have been recommending this clinic to my friends and family, and definitely intending to stick to illumia for the long term.

I have been doing facials and laser treatment with Illumia for almost 2 years now. Happy to share that my skin has improved significantly! The doctors and staff here are super friendly and helpful. They will explain to you in details if you have any questions and propose the most suitable treatment plan based on your skin concerns. Highly recommended this clinic to everyone!

If you’re struggling with acne / breakouts, PLEASE try the lasers here, coupled with facial with proper extractions (esp closed comedones). I wish I had known this combo earlier. This combo really worked — took about 2/3 weeks (with help of oratane) and my skin cleared up. The lasers may leave your skin red and sensitive for about 2 weeks, but the you will start to see the glow after. I received compliments after but most importantly to me — the peace of mind! Not having to cover up breakouts and all. PLEASE try the lasers (the ones to kill acne is a bit painful btw) if you’re suffering from acne. If your skin is tame but have hyperpigmentation or needs brightening, try the picosure lasers. It’s a bit expensive but almost pain free - highly recommended!!!

The team (Dr Ong and especially Cecilia who is the consultant) at Illumia Medical are friendly, kind and empathetic. Treatment itself is painful as can be expected with injections but it was done with care and quickly. Would highly recommend especially for those who are new to medical aesthetic treatments.

Great experience at Illumia Medical! The staff were professional and friendly, and the treatments were effective and well-explained. I did Pico laser and CO2 laser in May 2024 and I can see tremendous improvement on my skin conditions. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend them!

Combining my 2 favourites- massage and singing bowl! I had to try out the Super Vibrator 120mins and I’m grateful I did! Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a proper unwind and recharge. It cleanses and balances my energy while releasing tension on my body. In our high paced environment, it’s a wonderful treat to pause and do something nice for ourselves.
