Shin Yi is very knowledgeable about her products, very dedicated to the brand. I know her and her team since the ON concept store at Wheelock. She never fail to go extra miles to help me and I find that such retail staff is hard to come by. And this is the reason why I have fallen in love with ON shoes!!!! I have 3 pairs now. Another staff Fang is also very good and helpful. Friendly and approachable. Both of them make a good team together.

Met Afiq at this outlet and he is very helpful and his product knowledge is very strong. Great service. I only go to this outlet because of Afiq.

Afiq is such a solid fella. Went in the store with a few pairs to try in mind and also a new pair for my gf as well. Could not decide on which pair, Afiq was able to give me feedbacks about the shoes which helped me made the decision easier. His knowledge on the shoes was amazing.

Was assisted by Caleb - who's honestly a legend. Super knowledgable about the products and gave me a quite a number of shoes to try. Shoe after shoe, he listened to my feedback and passed me another model to try, with each try getting closer to the exact shoe I was looking for.

The staff here are polite. Especially Marzuq, who is patient in assisting customers. We bought 7 pairs of shoes, and when one pair's size was not available, Marzuq and the team were kind enough to offer to arrange to bring it over from the warehouse. Thank you, Marzuq and team!

I like how the staff are very nice and theres this staff zen, he is very informative. He was helping me out through out my time at the running lab. He also explained to me the difference in the cushioning and which would be a good for any acrivities. Would definitely want other customers to come to the shop.

He took the time to teach my young son how to tie his laces properly so he could wear a slightly larger size safely — such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. He’s honest with his recommendations, never pushy, and genuinely cares about helping customers find what suits their needs. He even went the extra mile to help my friend locate his size at another store. Service like this is rare — highly recommend!

Terrible service from Zenden Young Shi. Really bad and stand offish attitude, I felt uncomfortable dealing with him. Please hire staff who are more competent in their job of customer service. Was going to buy 2 pairs but only bought 1 due to bad attitude.
