The staff at Tooth Art are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient too. Both my children did their braces with Dr Chong who is a very patient and experienced orthodontist. My elder child broke one part of her braces while we were overseas. We tried seeking help from the dental clinics while overseas but got rejected. I texted the staff and they quickly provided us an appointment date once we were back. They also gave us advice on what she can do to make it less uncomfortable during the time she was overseas.

I did my braces with Doctor Kim Cheong & his team a while back. Overall, it was very professionally done. Doctor gave good advice, was patient & provided assurance along e way throughout the treatment procedure. The dental team was friendly & made no qualms when dealing with my requests.

The dental team at Tooth Art Dental Centre is a dedicated and lovely bunch of people. I did my braces with Dr Chong and continues to follow through regular retainer review with him. Dr Chong is a patient, friendly and highly competent orthodontist. I highly recommend his services!

My teeth is very prone to decay, so I have to visit the dentist quite regularly. I'm glad that I found Tooth Art Dental Centre, which has a team of dentists and staff whom I can entrust my oral health with. All the dentists are very professional and meticulous. They check and clean my teeth thoroughly. I also did my braces with Dr Chong, and I'm happy with the result. As a whole, although the fee is considered pricier compared to a dental clinic in the neighbourhood, I feel the service and assurance that I get are worth the price that I pay. :)

I have been visiting Toothart for years. Fr tooth scaling & polishing, tooth extract till tooth implant. My best dental experience. Dr Chong & his dedicated team gives me the assurance I needed. Dr Low gives professional advice explaining well regards to my implant process. My procedure of tooth implant was smooth, no pain thru the process which is amazing. Recovery was speedy too. Dental assistants are polite & gentle, their smile on their faces make my day! Keep up the good work ToothArt, you are the best!

Coming to ToothArt has always been a good experience for me, regardless of the type of treatment. Dr. Low has always been patient, friendly and gentle when needed to assure me and treat my problems. I did my braces with Dr. Chong here. I enjoyed each visit as waiting times are short, clinic assistants are friendly. The dentists here are also professional, they really do a thorough job for scaling and polishing

I've been going to Tooth Art Dental Centre since 2012. I find Dr Howard Low, the dentist that I see, is very good in taking care of my teeth and also in being reasonable in his service. For example, today I went for the routine six month cleaning. I also mentioned to him that I had a tooth ache whenever I brushed my teeth. He took an x-ray and told me that we should wait bc he didn't see anything wrong with my teeth. After examinig my teeth, he informed me that there is no need to clean bc my teeth are in good shape. He could have easily charge a cleaning for me but instead I left the appointment only to pay for the x-ray. I would easily recommend Tooth Art to anyone who wants the best oral care without getting rip off.

My old neighbour, Dr. Low Huey Moon (Head of the Prosthodontics Department and the Director of the artificial eye unit at KTP Hospital), highly recommended Dr. Chong to me when I was looking for a good dentist for my family. Dr. Chong is a very personable, humble and helpful medical professional. I can recall at least two instances where Dr. Chong demonstrated these wonderful traits. A few years back, my friend’s handicapped son fell and broke his front teeth. Since the young boy is a handicapped person and there can be complications - Dr. Chong patiently explained to me the implications and directed me to the right source, despite the fact that it was a Sunday night. He sees me as a friend and not just his patient. Another occasion happened recently, my family was vacationing overseas, the hotel staff accidentally threw away my daughter’s retainer. Again Dr. Chong came to the rescue, he instructed his staff to give a me the replacement cost of the retainer with official invoice immediately so that I could claim it from the hotel. All these really show my family that he is a very caring and thoughtful person. To me, he is my friend first then my dentist. Over the years, I have recommended people to ToothArt and will definitely continue to do so. In fact, all my four children will have their braces done by Dr. Chong. I am sure my grandchildren would too :).
