I’ve been going to Snails for my mani and pedi for the longest time, more than 10 years now! I have very thin cuticles and Snails is the only place where there is no blood on my cuticles. I always book Emma for my pedicure and Mango for my manicure as these 2 ladies are not only meticulous in doing their job, they are also fun to be with! They both deserve a pay raise! I do hope that Snails management consider loyalty benefits for loyal customers like me like discounts or free mani/pedi during birthday month.

The price was high as expected however, the service was rude. I was carrying a lot of bags and was trying to settle myself down but before I could even do that, the lady in charge was asking for my credit card as they were closing. She told me to leave it on the table and she’ll take it from me later. The quality of the gel nails were quite disappointing because of the high pricing. There were little specs of fiber in the colour and I had the nail colour all over my palms too? Service felt rushed and not of quality. Will not be visiting again.

Really awful manicure - I had nail polish all over the skin surrounding my nails. The standards at Snails have definitely gone down over the last few years. Would definitely not recommend.
